# Job Summary:
In this role, you will report to the Construction Manager - Electrical.
You will monitor that the contractor is compliant with project specifications and requirements.
# Major Responsibilities:
**Planning / Productivity**
+ Coordinate activities with other disciplines or areas and technical representatives, as instructed by construction management to ensure program delivery priorities are maintained.
+ Review all contractor submittials including construction schedules, costs, reports, and changes.
+ Coordinate data for reports and forecasts, including summaries of construction progress and expenditure forecasts.
+ Support and assist internal stakeholders regarding to onsite project related activities and logistics.
**Safety & Quality**
+ Actively monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements and encourage contractors to perform in a safe manner.
+ Monitor work activities and the quality of work performed by the contractor.
+ Coordinate service providers for technical inspections of the project contractor's works.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
+ Direct experience in AGL systems or airport infrastructure.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the aviation industry.
+ Experience in airfield lighting systems, Constant current regulators (CCR)
**PAPI, ILS, and approach lighting systems.**
+ Familiarity with CASA MOS Part 139, ICAO Annex 14, and AGL maintenance standards
+ Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved and current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.
+ High level of interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable delivery of leadership and behavioural change within a large organisation and with outside organizations.
+ Ability to influence and engage in a collaborative working environment with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
+ Prior delivery partner or client-side project management experience is preferred but not essential.

The Regional Sales Manager - Perth, is responsible for delivering customer value and drive accelerated growth. # Job Summary:
**In this role, you will report to a Project Leader - New Runway**
You will supervise field engineers and collectively monitor contractor planning, safety, quality, construction, and workplace relations.
You will monitor that the contractor is compliant with project policies, procedures, site rules and procedures, and is performing within specifications and schedules.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Ensure that the work by contractors is undertaken in a manner that addresses and eliminates personnel and environmental hazards, and ensure that risk analysis, health risk assessments, and work method statements, where required, are in place.

+ Identification and resolution of program-wide technical or process issues related to field engineering.

# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Demonstrated experience in the successful management of major projects in the infrastructure and/or aviation industry.
+ Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved and current knowledge of new methods of design and construction.

+ Proven ability to manage asphalt and concrete paving, earthworks, and drainage systems under strict standards

+ Ability to interpret runway design specs, including pavement thickness, lighting systems, and stormwater controls
+ Working knowledge of Australian Standards, specifications and codes. Experience in aviation standards (MOS139 in particular) is an advantage.

# Job Summary:
This role provides the management and oversight of the Commissioning and Handover from concept to completion and handover on a multidisciplinary scope of work focussing on buildings and facilities. The Commissioning Manager provides technical and management oversight of activities relating to the planning, development and delivery of the Commissioning and Handover deliverables. The work will require coordination with the other projects, sectors, and the subsequent design and delivery contractors. The Commissioning Manager has a key role in the planning and the phasing of the project in such a way that it can be tested sequentially to optimise safety, quality, schedule and cost.
During the early project phases the Commissioning Manager will work collaboratively with the client, and design/delivery contractors, regulating agencies, third parties and other stakeholders to develop the processes and procedures to govern testing, commissioning and related functions. Outputs of this work will also inform contract terms and conditions for the design/delivery agreements.
The individual is responsible for developing and executing the Testing, commissioning and Handover program. The Commissioning Manager is responsible for providing testing and commissioning and handover oversight to the various project teams to ensure that all the required activities and deliverables are complete, documentation compiled and turned over as well as providing coordination with the Engineering and Operations teams and other stakeholders.

+ Develop Ground Transportation Consolidation Program Commissioning Procedure
+ Develop a Handover Checklist / Plan
+ Develop a commissioning matrix for internal stakeholder / SPOC
+ Develop a commissioning risk register (Functional Risk Registers to be developed to include Security, Assets, Emergency Planning, Ground Transport)
+ Monitor contractor commissioning plan
+ Monitor interfacing project dependencies for commissioning
+ Review contractor ITP's
+ Attend Factory Acceptance Testing
+ Witness commissioning activities
+ Review and monitor commissioning program
+ Review commissioning results/ test plans / reports / data
+ Review and attend training
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
+ Experience of commissioning/integration and handover
+ Experience in leading commissioning of building services systems
+ Background in one or more fields related to electrical, mechanical, vertical transportation, CCTV, IT and car park boom gates
+ Experience of the general tools/deliverables associated with successful project commissioning and handover activities
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
