+ Ensure Knee pricing strategies align with overall business goals and P&L drivers, to maximise the value delivered by the portfolio and drive accretive margin to the P&L.
+ Author and drive execution of key strategy documents for portfolio: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch commercialization plans including establishing metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
+ Develop APAC wide Commercialization/Annual Marketing Plans that demonstrate the size of opportunity aligned to strategic growth areas and the tactics to deliver on the opportunity. Communicate plans with markets and division to ensure opportunities are well understood and key stakeholders are aligned to execution plans.
+ Partners with Division and APAC markets to develop, communicate, and execute PLCM strategies. Lead product life cycle management of the portfolio across APAC from launch to obsolescence
+ Maintain and collate the 10-year portfolio strategy/plan for the region across, with clear revenue ramps for new product launches, including required investments, resources, market share growth targets, along with market ready & commercial launch timelines.
+ Partners with the APAC training team to develop & deliver internal and external education and customer engagement programs, that deliver enhanced, capability, confidence and connect our customers to drive advocacy and brand loyalty, while building product knowledge excellence and clinical and procedural understanding.
+ Help to build the capability of the local APAC marketing teams, by driving a focus on increasing go to market / marketing excellence in the region, via the Big Picture frameworks, fact base market insights, annual marketing plans, commercialization plans and products launch execution.

In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Peripheral Vascular & Endovascular portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Northern New South Wales territory including Sydney Metro to Wagga Wagga region. The Aortic and Peripheral Vascular Health is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Medtronic. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting our range of Aortic & Peripheral Vascular Health and Endovascular products and clinical service to vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists
+ Understand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers while seeking out efficiency
+ Provide best in class clinical case support to optimize clinical outcomes for each procedure.
+ Be well organised and practice good territory management of inventory, case support calendar, administration and expenses
+ Train appropriate medical staff on case planning, product preparation, product deployment and procedure steps
+ Collaborate with other Clinical Territory Managers (CTM), Clinical Specialists (CS), Market Development Specialists (MDS), Business Development Managers (BDM), Business Manager (BM) and Marketing to develop and execute business plans
+ Play a lead role in quarterly business reviews (QBR's) for your specified territory and actively contribute to the broader state QBR
+ Build an awareness and begin accessing key influencers, key hospital stakeholders and leverage relationships to execute on account strategies
+ Pro-actively manage case coverage requirements, effectively engaging CSs and other CTMs where most appropriate
+ Support sales activities by assisting in presentations to healthcare professionals on related educational and training topics
+ Practice effective communication by feeding back information regarding commercial and clinical opportunities and intelligence to relevant CS, CTM, BDM and other divisional staff. Utilize Salesforce.com
+ Consistently set and meet quarterly performance goals
+ Support clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research Manager
+ Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand
+ Complete cycle counts of all required field locations on time and follow up on any missing stock
+ Retrieve all expiring product from field locations and return to the warehouse prior to expiry
+ Travel requirement: less than 25%
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ A Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Business related discipline
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of proven clinical sales experience &/or clinical experience in hybrid suites, angio lab and operating theatres
+ Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system
+ Advanced understanding of internal workings of hospital labs/ theatres / departments e.g. purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient & implant scheduling and key influencers
+ Solid clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff
+ Comprehensive knowledge of account planning, territory management and forecasting
+ Self-motivated with a resilient attitude, striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results
+ Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
+ Maintain a valid driver's licence

The Finance Business Partner supports the business by providing financial analysis and helping interpret results to guide decision-making and improve performance. This role contributes to budgeting and forecasting processes for Sales, Gross Profit, and Expenses, including quarterly updates and annual plans. As part of the Finance team, the Business Partner also assists with broader team activities when needed. The role involves working closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Service, both locally and regionally, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
**Responsibilities:**
**Business Partnering**
+ Partner closely with the Diagnostic System and Biosciences Business Directors and commercial teams to help to drive strong financial performance. Diagnostic System and Biosciences businesses focus on innovative solutions from discovery to diagnosis, continually advancing science and clinical outcomes across infectious disease and cancer. Offerings include immunology research solutions, including flow cytometry and multiomics tools; microbiology and molecular diagnostics; lab automation and informatics solutions; and differentiated reagents and assays.
+ Support formulation and execution of strategic plan and initiatives. This includes conducting financial modeling to simulate different scenarios and financial trends
+ Work with commercial team on business cases analysis and be a strategic finance partner to support key decision making
+ Participate in S&OP meetings, driving demand and finance reconciliations.
+ Support the identification of risks and opportunities, and help prepare contingency plans and financial scenarios.
+ Effective communication skills to present analysis, findings and recommendations to business director, country management teams to help them make informed decisions
+ Work closely with the BDX ANZ FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate submissions in line with the finance calendar, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
+ Support the business spin-off process by assisting with financial tasks and coordination to ensure a smooth transition, following global guidelines and timelines provided by the wider organization.
+ Other ad-hoc finance tasks as requested by ANZ Finance Director
**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ Tertiary degree in a Finance related field. Preferably CPA or CA qualification
+ Medtech, Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience desirable.
+ Experience with merger/spin off process will be highly regarded
+ 3-7 years overall finance work experience with at least 1 year in a similar role in a medium sized multinational organisation.
+ Experience working with SAP, BPC and Power BI
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Proven strong analytical skills to be able to identify and articulate business issues or opportunities on a timely basis.
+ Proven strong communication skills across a broad spectrum of business partners.
+ "Hands-on" knowledge of budgeting and forecast tools tailored to meet business needs.
+ "Hands-on" experience of designing and implementing business reporting mode.
+ Accounting technical skills - with some previous exposure to US GAAP.
