We have an opportunity a for talented Workshop technician to join our team specialising in engine repairs and maintenance for our Mildura branch.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
- Diagnose and repair engines
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and /or engine components
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
- Mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Light vehicle mechanic or plant mechanic. Light vehicle with heavy vehicle experience will also be considered
- Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, and similar applications is preferred (ideally with an OEM)

**Additional Information:**
+ Full Time / 38 hours per week
+ On Call Roster
+ Overtime as required - Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
+ All your Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms are provided and laundered
+ Domestic Relocation from across Australia _may_ be offered for the right candidate
+ Local Valid Drivers License

Job details
- Base rate of $40.21 per hour (negotiable based on experience) plus overtime plus 12% superannuation
- Commencing September or October 2025
- Monday to Friday role only - goodbye shift work :-)

- General Practitioners
- Aboriginal Health Workers
- Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Midwives
- Maternal and Child Health Nurse
Some of your other tasks will involve:
- Deliver client services that ensure safety and quality of care
- Liaise with the Allied Health Coordinator and Care Coordinator regarding service delivery and programs
- Provide clinical services at approved service centres which include: Triage, Health assessments and chronic disease conditions screening, Referral (internal services and external)
- Planning and management of client care and advocacy
- Conducting preventative/screening procedures
- Client education and community health promotion activities
- Complete electronic medical records that include client records, recall and reminders, Medicare claims, organisational reporting requirements.
- Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in Primary Health care
