**Who will you be working with?** You will be working with the customer service team, suppliers, customers, the quality department as well as the production team. You will be reporting to the Stock Controller.
**Where is the position located?** This is a Permanent Full-time position at Welshpool, WA
**What will your typical day look like?**
**Sales Order Fulfillment:**
Pick stock accurately based on Sales Orders and prepare items for dispatch to the production team.
**Dispatch Coordination:**
Ensure timely and correct dispatch of stock to production, maintaining clear records and communication.
**Inventory Control:**
Monitor stock levels, update inventory systems, and assist in maintaining optimal stock availability.
**Monthly Stocktake:**
Conduct thorough monthly stocktakes, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings to management.
**Quality Checks on Receivals:**
Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
**Record Keeping:**
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements, quality checks, and inventory adjustments.
**Safety & Compliance:**
Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies related to stock handling and storage.
**What skills do you require?**
Previous experience in a warehouse or store clerk role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, spreadsheets)
Ability to lift and move stock safely
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
Sound mechanical knowledge/aptitude
Commitment to safety in the workplace.

The role will be reporting to the Overhaul Supervisor
**Where is the position located?** Welshpool, Perth
**What will your typical day look like?**
An Overhaul Operator is responsible for the assembly, overhauling & service of radiators, air and oil coolers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Must Assess, Repair, Rebuild, Strip, Clean, Flush, Test parts and components for radiators.
+ Follow all safe working practices, utilising the correct PPE in accordance with work instructions.
+ Strict adherence to equipment safety practices. Must complete pre-start checks including Take 2/5.
+ Must be able to recognise quality deviations & faults once trained. Must act on non-conformance instructions and request assistance if further clarification is required.
**What do we want to know about you?**
· High Risk Licences such as a forklift licence or a Dogging/Rigging Ticket

**Who will you be working with?** You will be working liaising with the sales team, customers, the engineering and quality departments as well as the production team. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
**Where is the position located?** This is a Permanent Full-time position at Welshpool, WA
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ The Customer Service Officer is required to assist the sales team to identify heat exchangers, utilizing equipment makes and models, OEM part numbers, and dimensional sketches whilst liaising with engineering to confirm sizing and performance.
+ You will be responsible for calculating pricing and generating quotations for all heat exchangers, parts, and services.
+ Process all purchase orders and conduct in house sales.
+ A large part of the role is to manage customer queries and complaints.
+ Customer Service is required to price and quote all parts utilizing software and stock control sheets.
+ Attends Lean and other meetings as required. Is required to collaborate with team members during meetings.
+ To observe safe work practices and follow safety procedures.
+ To implement process improvement projects and system audits within agreed time frames.

+ Strong stakeholder experience; Liaising with customers, processing orders is a large part of our workload.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our Team. You will be based in Perth and report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components. As a Territory Manager you will grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users located in the metro and some regional areas of Perth and broader Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate who enjoys business development and account management. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to present and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and can provide solutions to customers based on their business needs.
**What you'll do:**
+ Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales
+ Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
+ Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market
+ Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning
+ Educate customers on Eaton's product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc
+ Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures
+ Work in a team environment to collectively achieve national sales and profitability targets
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 years of sales experience, mix of business development and account management preferred
+ Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
+ Highly driven and growth mindset mentality. Self starter attitude.
+ High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution
