**The Position**
Reporting into the National Sales Manager - Commercial your primary focus will be in optimizing the Commercial Sales operations by managing administrative tasks and engaging directly with our customers.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
▪ Undertaking administrative and office duties to allow the sales team to focus on their customer relationships
▪ Act as the CRM champion by managing and optimizing CRM tools to develop best practices and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
▪ Maintain regular contact with customers to track project progress, provide updates and gather feedback
▪ Provide support to the sales team and customers during the sales process, including detailed project tracking and management
**What will make you succeed in this role?**
▪ Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a customer or sales support role
▪ Proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
▪ Product and industry knowledge within the building industry is advantageous

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Customer Service for our Branch Location in Pakenham, Melbourne, Victoria. This role will be a **part time position** (0.6 FTE).
**Days and Hours of Work - 3 days a week, Wednesday to Friday, 8am to 4PM**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
+ Analyze customers' needs, gather pertinent information, and open work orders.
+ Provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and provide status updates to customers on repair work.
+ Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability; review plans with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead prior to customer contact.
+ Work with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments.
+ Develop positive relationships with key customers; resolve customer concerns regarding Cummins' or distributor warranties; explain charges to customers.
+ Monitor key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields.
+ Experience of delivering first class customer service
+ Demonstrate care and attention to detail
+ Experience or knowledge of automotive industry would be highly beneficial.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow service administrators to ensure smooth handovers and continuity between workdays.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Experience in the automotive industry or strong mechanical knowledge is highly beneficial.
Prior experience with OHS compliance and documentation is a significant advantage.
Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow service administrators to ensure smooth handovers and continuity between workdays.
