We have an opportunity for a proactive Assistant to join highly regarded Retail Property team. In this key role, you will support four Centre Managers with a range of administrative duties and property related projects.
**Here's a snapshot of your day;**
+ Support the day-to-day management of a nominated portfolio of retail assets including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
+ Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance
+ Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenants requests
+ Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant and customer related queries 
+ Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded 
+ Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements
+ Enter tenant sales, insurance and lease information into the system
+ Prepare and issue weekly leasing reports to clients

**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our high performing team in Mackay, QLD.
In this role, you will complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under supervision
**You will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
+ Diagnose and repair engines
+ Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and /or engine components
+ Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
+ Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
+ Assist with completion required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten forms or business system input screens
+ Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor

+ Ideally, demonstrated experience with water resource modelling packages such as TUFLOW, DRAINS, HEC-RAS (1D and 2D), RORB, XP-RAFTS, URBS, MUSIC, GoldSim etc. and experience with 12D design & GIS software.
+ Experience developing flood studies and ideally, water balance models.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to write high quality technical and non-technical reports.

**Job Description**

**Qualifications**
**Due to the nature of the work, it would be ideal for suitable candidates to hold some of the following:**
+ Relevant Qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering for CA or Engineering roles)
+ Experience in project delivery & site construction.
+ Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works or water infrastructure and ability to be based in Rockhampton, Townsville, Mackay or Cairns.
+ Confident communication technique with an ability to coordinate and operate across complex stakeholder groups.
+ An excellent and proven understanding of Australian Standards and Policies.
+ Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards with (ideally) a TMR prequalification (desirable) or knowledge of VIC Roads, Transport for NSW, Main Roads WA etc.
+ Ability and interest in gaining TMR accreditation.
+ NDRRA experience working with the QRA
+ RPEQ Registered Engineer (holding or eligible / on the pathway to obtain)
