We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our **Wetherill Park Service team** .
This is parental leave cover contract initially running until end of June 2026. The role is part-time and onsite, working 7.6hour days, 3 days per week, 22.8hours per week.
Roster Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Coordinate all aspects of mechanical workshop service administration, including opening work orders
+ Manage mechanical workshop service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
+ Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
+ Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
+ Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
+ Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Proven experience in fast-paced mechanical workshop service enviroment, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
+ Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
+ Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
+ Administrative skills in a service industry are beneficial
+ Technical Experience is beneficial

Based out of our Wetherill Park branch in Greater Western Sydney, NSW, you will complete preventative maintenance and/or basic repair activities on Generator or component at the customer sites.

+ Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines, working closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Project Management.
+ Demonstrate strong Sales Opportunity Pipeline Management skills to proactively plan for successful execution of sales strategies and to produce accurate Sales Forecasts.
+ Travel throughout metro and regional NSW will be required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Very strong Electrical or Mechanical background with a solid understanding of engines and/or electrical systems. Power Generation experience is highly desirable.

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable painter for residential/commercial painting work in Sydney.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Fairfield West, NSW

Start Date: Immediate

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting (interior and exterior)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Own tools and transport preferred

• White Card and and PPE.

• Full Driver licence capable to drive Van.



Qualification & Experience:

At least 1+years of Painting Experience.

Minimum Certificate III in Painting & Decoration.



1. Surface Preparation:

• Cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks

• Applying primer or undercoat.



2. Painting:

Must be able to mix different paint colours to achieve a specific shade or hue, often based on customer requests or design specifications.

• Applying paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

• Mixing and matching paints to achieve the desired color and finish.



3. Protecting Surrounding Areas:

• Covering floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths or masking tape to avoid paint splatters.



4. Safety and Compliance:

• Following workplace safety guidelines (including use of PPE)

• Complying with environmental regulations related to paint and chemical disposal.



5. Equipment and Tool Maintenance:

• Cleaning and maintaining brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
