**About the job:**
The Senior Manager, Marketing - Knee Reconstruction APAC will be responsible for partnering with the Knee business unit to ensure Asia Pacific (APAC) needs are understood, accelerate speed to market for products while ensuring we are maximizing the commercial execution of the knee portfolio across APAC.
**What you will be doing:**
The successful candidate will influence and develop commercial and marketing strategies with regional and divisional leads that deliver accelerated knee portfolio market share in APAC. Responsible for management of the knee portfolio across APAC, including planning and executing targeted and disciplined product launches, developing and maintaining portfolio roadmaps, inputting to divisional New Product development, NPD, and building strong relationships with APAC KOLs and organizations to build differentiating value propositions for knee products and services.
+ Help APAC markets identify and execute a focused growth plan for Knees - including implants and software.
+ Determine and pursue a winning Knee product portfolio for APAC markets that will drive market growth across our implant businesses.
+ Champion the needs and potential of the APAC region with the Joint Reconstruction division to deliver increased value to APAC customers and help accelerate Knee growth across APAC.
+ Continually monitor market size, share and trends to make recommendations on market opportunity and strategic focus areas for Stryker. Collate and communicate the APAC market fact base.
+ Interpret competitive landscape and incorporate into marketing strategy. Gain market insights through VOC with APAC teams, customers, KOLs and organizations. Translate insights into future business strategy, including NPD and Business development, proactively partner with markets to adjust strategy based on changes to healthcare environments or new VOC.
+ Ensure Knee pricing strategies align with overall business goals and P&L drivers, to maximise the value delivered by the portfolio and drive accretive margin to the P&L.
+ Author and drive execution of key strategy documents for portfolio: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch commercialization plans including establishing metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
+ Develop APAC wide Commercialization/Annual Marketing Plans that demonstrate the size of opportunity aligned to strategic growth areas and the tactics to deliver on the opportunity. Communicate plans with markets and division to ensure opportunities are well understood and key stakeholders are aligned to execution plans.
+ Partners with Division and APAC markets to develop, communicate, and execute PLCM strategies. Lead product life cycle management of the portfolio across APAC from launch to obsolescence
+ Maintain and collate the 10-year portfolio strategy/plan for the region across, with clear revenue ramps for new product launches, including required investments, resources, market share growth targets, along with market ready & commercial launch timelines.
+ Partners with the APAC training team to develop & deliver internal and external education and customer engagement programs, that deliver enhanced, capability, confidence and connect our customers to drive advocacy and brand loyalty, while building product knowledge excellence and clinical and procedural understanding.
+ Help to build the capability of the local APAC marketing teams, by driving a focus on increasing go to market / marketing excellence in the region, via the Big Picture frameworks, fact base market insights, annual marketing plans, commercialization plans and products launch execution.

In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Peripheral Vascular & Endovascular portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Northern New South Wales territory including Sydney Metro to Wagga Wagga region. Offerings include immunology research solutions, including flow cytometry and multiomics tools; microbiology and molecular diagnostics; lab automation and informatics solutions; and differentiated reagents and assays.
+ Support formulation and execution of strategic plan and initiatives. This includes conducting financial modeling to simulate different scenarios and financial trends
+ Work with commercial team on business cases analysis and be a strategic finance partner to support key decision making
+ Participate in S&OP meetings, driving demand and finance reconciliations.

**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ Tertiary degree in a Finance related field. Preferably CPA or CA qualification
+ Medtech, Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience desirable.
+ Experience with merger/spin off process will be highly regarded
+ 3-7 years overall finance work experience with at least 1 year in a similar role in a medium sized multinational organisation.
+ Experience working with SAP, BPC and Power BI
+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Proven strong analytical skills to be able to identify and articulate business issues or opportunities on a timely basis.
+ Proven strong communication skills across a broad spectrum of business partners.

Job description
The Demand Generation Specialist (IC3) will be responsible for managing and driving the inbound demand generation process across ANZ to support the ambitious growth of the NetSuite Global Business Unit through multiple channels such as the use of media vendors and other content syndication vendors, online comparison sites, paid social, programmatic advertising and other elements of inbound demand generation.
This is a challenging role involving managing an operation that is already at some scale and is growing rapidly as sales targets grow. The company is in an expansion phase, growing sales teams and a rapidly growing SMB/SME ERP SaaS market.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, ANZ and working alongside the wider Marketing Team, this is a key role and requires a self-starter with strong experience in managing multiple demand generation projects and deep understanding of digital marketing in an international B2B environment.
It is a key position and will be expected to build on the existing program of demand generation activities which includes working with various online lead vendors and digital marketing agencies, strong execution & operational skill, working with internal marketing shared services team. We invest significantly in this part of the business and there is scope for exciting innovation in all aspects of the role.
Responsibilities:
· Plan and recommend quarterly activities that will meet the region's KPIs across all the category mix
o Support overall JAPAC marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in your region.
o Working with Senior Marketing manager to monitor key performance metrics from lead generation funnel, make recommendation and improve conversion across all category campaign mix
· Actively manage, monitor, assess and recruit external agencies / vendors to improve traffic and lead conversion rates to meet target given.
· Consistently improve and optimize current landing pages/assets/resources used in every campaign to drive higher conversion.
· Working with wider marketing team such as marcom / web team to update landing pages, optimizing SEO.
· Work with Senior Marketing Manager to effectively tailor & strategise campaigns according to different segment markets, key industries, and buyer persona.
· Interpreting campaign data to assess program performance, tracking against quarterly campaign target, and making sure campaign are progressing well.
· Managing the schedules and resources for multiple projects at a time and be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, on time and on budget.
· Working closely with the key stakeholders across the company such as direct sales rep, pre-sales team and especially our BDR team.
· Develop and manage deal acceleration activities utilising ABM, PTAL, closing events/campaign, newsletter generate better conversion.

Upon finding vulnerabilities you will be required to deep dive into each of them individually, performing further analysis, in order to avoid false positives and ensure high accuracy of findings. You will be responsible for planning, developing processes, documenting them while interacting with a variety of teams across our Software Assurance organisation, train staff, and be the go-to person for such security processes. You foster the collaborative atmosphere to enable buy-in into security processes and cross-team collaboration. You are comfortable with ambiguity.
