What Will You Do?
+ Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.
+ Ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
+ Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
+ Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
+ Providing product service training to clients as required.
+ Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
+ Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
What Do You Need?
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
+ Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
+ A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License

**This is a full time, permanent position based in Melbourne's South/South East suburbs.**
**About the Role**
As a Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the operating theatre.
You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
+ Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
+ Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
+ Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
+ Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
+ Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
**What We're Looking For**
This role is ideal for someone with a strong clinical background and a passion for surgical innovation. You may come from fields such as:
