**Your Role**
You'll be part of the team responsible for getting MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems mission-ready - every time. Working alongside experienced technicians and engineers, you'll:
+ Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Triton UAS to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness.
+ Work closely with a new, supportive team to deliver multiple serviceable aircraft on time and to standard.
+ Identify tooling, manpower, and facility needs, and provide solutions for technical and logistics challenges.
+ Report and follow up on major defects and ensure documentation accuracy.
**About You**
You're a hands-on AME (Mechanical) who thrives on solving problems and working with cutting-edge technology. You're ready for the next big step in your career and are open to a move to Katherine, NT.
+ Cert IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) is essential.
+ Experience in aviation maintenance with a passion for delivering safe, serviceable aircraft.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
+ Team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a high-performing environment.
