We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced individual to join this team in the role of Branch Manager for our Perth City branch.
Your main responsibilities will include :
+ Providing leadership to all Branch staff in the form of sales management, performance management, and compliance.
+ Initiating and driving change in the network by introducing operational and activity best practices, employee engagement and new behavior to promote a customer focused culture.
+ Setting and achieving Branch volume growth targets.
+ Managing all staff activity, referrals and contacts whilst driving a culture of high performance and strong operational governance.
+ Driving products and portfolio growth.
+ Monitoring and supervising all transactions and procedures, ensuring they adhere to Business standards and policies.
+ Coaching and leading the team to create an environment of ongoing learning and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
+ Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
+ Demonstrated previous leading, coaching and management experience within a Retail Branch or Area Management environment.
+ The ability to lead, supervise, mentor and motivate within a high performing sales team.
+ Sound knowledge and understanding of financial services operations, compliance and audit requirements of a Retail Branch.
+ Experience in managing budgets, revenue growth and sales targets.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ The ability to identify customer wealth creation needs, with a strong aptitude in learning new products and services.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate bookings and event logistics across conferencing, dining, and accommodation
• Manage daily admin tasks including quotes, correspondence, and post-event follow-up
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records in the iVvy event management system
• Support lead generation, enquiry follow-up, and reporting
• Ensure on-site presence for key events and act as brand ambassador
• Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service
• Participate in meetings and training programs

About the Role:
As a housekeeping attendant you will service and thoroughly clean the Hotel’s rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting guests politely.
- Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within set timeframes, replenishing and controlling guest supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards promptly to the Supervisor.

The FIRE Service Supervisor will support the Contract Manager with a range of client facing activities/hands on experience completing a range of works whilst managing the performance of a team of technicians.

**Here's a snapshot of your day:**
+ Support the Contract Manager in delivering outcomes for a key group of clients via a team of technicians
+ Provide cutsomer service, maintenance, and repairs to various types of Fire equipment
+ Establish and maintain strong client relationships
+ Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
+ Coordinate, compile and submit the required paperwork and other procedures
+ Attending callouts as per rostered requirements
+ Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments, keep up to date with the latest changes and advances in the Fire industry
+ Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct
+ Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
**The Ideal Candidate will have:**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience as a Fire service technician, with experience as a supervisor
+ A- Grade Electrical License
+ Highly developed interpersonal skills
+ Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements
+ Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
+ Excellent customer service skills
