**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Independently perform diagnostics and complete complex repairs
+ Maintain productive customer relations and ensures prompt and efficient attention to customer needs to minimize customer product downtime
+ Coaches on preventative maintenance and/or repairs completed by more experienced technicians and/or customer technicians; may provide work direction to others; may review repair plans, parts and tool lists, etc
+ Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists / engineering teams
+ Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
+ Identify additional sales and service opportunities with customer
+ Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
+ Adheres to and ensures adherence of technicians to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent (required)
+ Advanced level of workshop or field service experience (required)
+ Advanced level knowledge of and experience with engine products (required)
+ HR License (preferred)
+ Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)
+ Cummins Experience (preferred)

Working under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician, you will learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products.

~What you'll be doing~
First and foremost, providing face-to-face in-clinic and home-visit appointments with a variety of clients
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored care plans
Providing individualised occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' independence, quality of life and achieve their NDIS and other personal goals
Maintaining client records and reporting as required, with great AI tools and administrators to minimise your desk-based work
Paid participation in professional development activities that are of interest to you!
Meeting reasonable KPI’s of 20 billable hours per week
