# Project Overview:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.
# Job Summary:
As Craft Supervisor - Electrical, you will lead a team and supervise craft professionals on the project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development. Your oversight will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets. This is a FIFO role working 3:1 roster based in Karratha, WA.
# Major Responsibilities:
**Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision)**
+ Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
+ Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.
**Planning / Productivity**
+ Determines workforce requirements.
+ Coordinates established area operational plans.
**Tools, Materials & Equipment**
+ Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
+ Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
**Safety & Quality**
+ Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
+ Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.
**Technical**
+ Works with Construction Field Engineers, Leading Hands, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents
+ Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Leading Hands and Craft Professionals.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires WA electrical license and 6-8 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, in a heavy industrial environment.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience in permit preparation and Lock Out/Tag Out is essential
+ Knowledge of temporary power systems, generators and AS3012 Previous experience in Oil and Gas an advantage
+ Experience in managing a direct hire work force Commercial awareness essential Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.

# Project Overview:
The Project includes the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of bucket-wheel reclaimers including associated structural, mechanical, electrical and communications services. + Ensures technical direction to subcontractors completing commissioning & startup (CSU) activities, subcontractor field support, field inspections, completing ITR's for CSU activities, and quantity tracking **Work Planning & Packaging:**
+ Plans and schedules CSU execution activities including sequence and resource requirements for assigned areas of responsibility
+ Prepares Startup Work Packages and Test Work Packages for assigned areas of responsibility **Turnover Coordination:**

+ Participate in training activities to maintain competence in the application of emergency response procedures
+ Create and monitor work order status codes in computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), assist with revision of procedures and root cause analysis work
+ Maintain a comprehensive shift log, conduct shift hand-overs to ensure smooth transitions and carry out Operator Routine Duties and assigned production work
+ Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and increased plant availability/capacity

Job Description
**You will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner. Anticipates and ensures prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.
+ Apply the use of specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
+ Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engine and related components in the field.
+ Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisor.
+ Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
+ Identify additional service opportunities with customer.
+ Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
+ Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
+ Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor.
+ Complete in workshop repairs as required
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ 2 weeks on / 1 week off Roster - 12hr shifts

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent
+ Intermediate level of workshop or field service experience required
+ Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
+ Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred
+ HR License preferred
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Critical Competencies:**

+ **Diagnostics Application** - Translates customer complaints to develop troubleshooting plan; troubleshoots issue following guided work flows, procedures, specialized equipment such as mechanical and electronic service tools, and diagnoses computer software to isolate failed components to enable a successful repair; validates repair by duplicating complaint to ensure it has been resolved; documents results of troubleshooting in business systems to communicate what has been done for payment and historical tracking.
+ **Electronic Service Tool Application** - Identifies the suite of available hardware and software tools required for a service event; utilizes the appropriate electronic tool set to maintain the product or diagnose and troubleshoot an issue; interprets electronic tool results or recommendations to determine next steps for service resolution.
+ **Engine Systems Interactions** - Interprets and analyzes the interactions of internal and external electrical and mechanical systems (exhaust, heating, cooling, fuel systems, driveline, aftertreatment, controls, sensors, etc.) by applying tools, service publications (Cummins, Original Equipment Manufacturer) and taking measurements to efficiently and correctly diagnose and repair.
+ **Product Repair and Maintenance** - Repairs and maintains mechanical/electrical products following guidelines, using required tools within standard repair time to ensure a quality repair; disassembles and assembles engines or power generators following guidelines, using required tools to ensure a clean and organized environment; inspects and replaces parts and components following re-use guidelines to minimize customers cost of ownership; performs progressive damage check following guidelines to restore to pre-failure condition.
+ **Service Documentation** - Creates and verifies customer, equipment and technical information; captures specific data using required service tools; follows procedures and documents required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work done.
+ **Technical Escalation** - Obtains product technical issue information and utilizes available resources including data management tools; elevates issues to a higher level of expertise, balancing timeliness of customer response with investigation efforts; captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database in order to ensure seamless transitions and accurate response to ticket resolution in a timely manner.

We are seeking for a talented **Service Advisor** to provide world class service to our major Mining, Automotive, Marine and Power Generation customers in Karratha. Reporting to the operations manager, this is a residential position located in the vibrant city of Karratha. This role will attract a generous remuneration package and a location allowance (residential).In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Serve as the primary customer contact, both in person and via phone, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all assigned sectors.
+ Accurately analyze customer needs, create and manage work orders, generate service quotes, and schedule repair and maintenance jobs.
+ Collaborate with the Service Supervisor or Team Lead to coordinate job assignments, timelines, and repair planning.
+ Resolve warranty inquiries, explain service outcomes, and communicate job status updates with transparency and professionalism.
+ Track and analyze workshop metrics such as labor productivity and customer satisfaction to support continuous improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
+ A vocational diploma, trade certification, or equivalent customer service/technical experience in service coordination or a similar field.
+ Demonstrated financial acumen and the ability to interpret service costs, warranty claims, and billing-related inquiries.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
+ Familiarity with diagnostic and electronic service tools, and a working knowledge of mechanical/technical processes (preferred).
+ Strong attention to detail and experience managing complex workflows and documentation requirements.
+ Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, particularly across the Mining, Marine, On-Highway, or Power Generation sectors.
+ Experience in regional or remote customer service roles highly regarded; a residential role with generous remuneration and 20% location allowance is offered.
