We have a great opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer | Project Manager to join our growing Community Development business in South East Queensland. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be engaged in civil design and project management related to land, urban and subdivision projects. **About the role**
The role will require independent design, project delivery and stakeholder management and will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills.
**Day to day tasks would involve:**
+ Civil design and project management relating to land, urban and subdivisions
+ Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits.
+ Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
+ Adhering to professional standards, ethics and Stantec quality procedures.
+ Managing clients and other consultants.
+ Assist with project management and business development.
+ Support Project Leaders Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management and overall Client satisfaction.
**To be successful for this role you'll need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
+ Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering related to design and project management of civil infrastructure projects
+ Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and state requirements
+ Obtain CP Eng and RPEQ Registration as soon as eligible

**Your Role:**
As the C27J Fleet Planning Analyst, you will be accountable to the Integrated Logistics Manager (ILM) and a key member of the ILM Team. You are responsible for managing the Weapon System Fleet Plan as well as managing/scheduling all servicing's and repairs for major assets and facilitate discussion and engagement of fleet planning risks and requirements.
You will also have accountability for:
+ The development of the fleet specific maintenance & modification fleet plans, and the incorporation of sub high value asset plans.
+ Supporting the Fleet Planning Coordinator in Fleet Plan Development, optimization, analysis & management.
+ Performing fleet modelling and scenario analysis for consideration to optimize fleet performance.
+ Suggesting options changes to fleet plans when the agreed plan is not optimal or cannot be achieved.
+ Assisting engineering in the preliminary planning Engineering Change Proposal and the scheduling of the modification work post approval.
+ Assisting supply functions ensuring they understand the supply requirements on the fleet plan
+ Supporting the integration of fleet planning requirements and data into business decision making.
+ Assisting in the alignment of business function requirements to support the execution of the fleet plan.
+ Preparing and manage fleet planning data I/O, ensuring validity and currency for consumption.
**About You:**
+ Demonstrate technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance activitiesand maintenance planning. Trade qualifications with minimum 2years' experience
+ Microsoft Office Suite proficient
+ Demonstrated experience in Fleet Planning & MaintenanceRequirements (MRD), Aviation Maintenance Practices and AviationSafe
+ Robust oral and written communication skills.
+ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a larger group or independently as required.
+ Experience in chairing formal meetings, including minute and action taking.
+ Sufficient experience in Data Management and integrity
+ Project Management demonstrated experience in managing and sorting data frommultiple programs and networks.
+ Experience in document writing, and meeting management.
+ Experience is Scenario Modelling & Analysis.

**Description**
**Your Role:**
As a Principal Engineer and as a senior member of the Airframes Team, you will provide leadership with Aerospace related design, analysis and other technical support services, within your technical discipline and in accordance with the Engineering Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
You will also have accountability for:
+ Conducting independent review and approval of design artefacts and other Engineering and Technical Services (E&TS) engineering documentation.
+ Providing input into MDO activities, contribute to the development of MDO, CAM and MTCH artefacts and support process improvements.
+ Attaining and exercising of CAMO Engineer (CE), Design Engineer (DE1) and Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) Authorisation.
+ Reviewing and approving consumption of repairs, modifications, and instructions, within your technical discipline and delegated level of Engineering Authority.
+ Assessing issues, occurrences, and incoming technical information in accordance with NGA processes. This includes implementation plans, risks and Configuration, Role & Environment (CRE) impacts and mitigations.
+ Provision of E&TS input to maintaining fleet configurations, technical and operational publications.
+ Contributing to System Safety Engineering on all aspects of emerging System Safety issues and ensure all risks are communicated and recorded.
+ Assisting in communications to operator representatives, relevant matters related to airworthiness, safety and operations.
+ Providing technical guidance and support to leaders in managing and executing customer requirements and satisfying contractual and regulatory obligations.
+ Supporting the development of improvement strategies and continuous improvement plans for the Engineering Management System.
**About You:**
+ Bachelor of Engineering (Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical / Mechatronics)
+ Ability to obtain Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent state-based engineering registration
+ Ability to obtain Chartered status through Engineers Australia
+ The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1
+ 8+ years' experience demonstrated experience as a Professional Engineer within the aviation industry with demonstrated experience managing the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft type
+ Demonstrated experience working within a civil or military design organisation (21J Design organisation) developing structural or mechanical modifications or repairs
+ Knowledge of configuration management, airworthiness regulation, and certification concepts utilised by ADF and/or civil operators
+ Ability to obtain Design Engineer (DE1) Engineering Authorisation and CVE delegation authority
+ Demonstrated performance, people leadership and customer interface skills/experience
