+ To provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect patient care.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.

+ Orders and pack away linen
+ Assist in the collection of blood samples by pathology lab, help spin blood before collection
+ Participates in Quality Improvements activities as required by the Dialysis Clinic Manager
+ Ensures/promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety policy (FMEAU-28).
+ Engages in internal and external in-service activities to enhance / maintain skills and knowledge.

To help us achieve this, we are seeking a driven Waste Coordinator to help drive waste compliance at our Sort Center in the Jandakot, a southern suburb of Perth, Western Australia
In this crucial position, you will report into the APAC Environment Leader, as part of a shift-based Monday to Friday role.
Key job responsibilities
- Characterisation/determination of regulated and hazardous waste (from both inventory and facilities operations) including ensuring that waste is correctly classified, stored and segregated, labelled, documented in waste logs, and prepared for shipment in accordance with the local state waste regulatory requirements.
- Physical maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of the waste storage area and all safety equipment (eye wash, spill kit, fire extinguisher, etc.), in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements, AU Hazardous Waste Procedure and Amazon network policies.
- Log and containerize all regulated and hazardous wastes using a digital waste reporting tool.
- Raising requests for additional containers, labels, and other supplies from Waste Vendor to ensure proper stock levels are maintained at the site.
- Engaging and communicating with Waste Vendors to arrange waste collection - sending accumulated logs, scheduling and coordinating waste pick-ups, and follow-up on paperwork for each consignment of waste.
- Maintaining and uploading all shipment documents to the Shared Folder and digital waste reporting tool.
- Completion of all site based environmental inspections, raising of findings and gaps, then collaborate with relevant site stakeholders to assign actions to achieve effective environmental management.
- Liaison with Site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA), Inbound Support Services (ISS0, Vendor Returns and Facilities teams responsible for the proper management of hazardous chemicals and generation of hazardous wastes.
- Support in preparing monthly waste inventory and identifying the necessary shipping frequency to comply with accumulation requirements.
- Work with WHS, Operations, ICQA, Vendor Returns and Customer Returns teams to set-up a Products Awaiting Determination Staging Area.
- Regularly engage with site leadership to provide Environmental updates and provide site with visibility of Environmental Performance status and requirements.
- Must be trained on digital waste reporting tool and AU Hazardous Waste Procedure.
- Complete Dangerous Goods (DG)/ HazMat Training.
- Researching trends, inventory loss and cost reduction efforts, where applicable.
- Must be available to assist with incidental spill/leak/release clean-up activities.
- Deep-dive waste data and identify opportunities for waste reduction onsite
- Additional projects focused on professional growth and development in Waste/Environmental related focus areas
- Notify relevant stakeholders (external and internal) of reportable or abnormal waste collections as allocated by the AU Environmental Leader
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels

Full time (40 hours per week)
Remuneration $100,000 – $130,000 per year + Superannuation (Commensurate with experience)
Location: Perth + Western Australia
You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
• Provide high-level technical support
• Prepare high-level protection concept designs (substation secondary designs)
• Development of protection philosophies, selection of protection relays, protection logic, control, indications/alarms, and metering schemes
• Perform fault studies to prepare protection settings reports and relay configuration
• Undertake detailed designs and assessments of protection equipment
• Review protection & control schematic drawings, and protection test reports and develop production study reports.
• Communicating with clients and contractors as part of tendering and ongoing projects where required.
• Knowledge and experience of secondary systems circuitry design and HV powers system protection schemes and principles
• Knowledge of power system fundamentals and fault analysis
• Experience in protection system construction and commissioning
• Commissioning and testing all types of Protection Relay and functioning checks
• Development of functional Specifications and Design Protection Studies
• Experience in sourcing, selection and integration of control systems hardware and associated cabling into substation design
• Design Management Experience
• In-depth understanding of power distribution system
• Commissioning of project electrical equipment.
• Must be willing to travel and work in regional areas in country WA.
• Technical study and model ownership of ETAP, Power Cad, SKM Power Tools and Digsilent Power
• Relay configuration and protection setting calculations
• Protection and metering scheme design and upgrades
A relevant bachelor's degree + 1 year post qualification is mandatory. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
