**Due to rapid growth and increasing demand for robotic-assisted surgery, we are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced professional to join our Joint Replacement team as a Product Specialist - Mako Robotics.**
**This is a unique opportunity to become a key clinical partner in advancing orthopaedic surgery through the application of cutting-edge robotic technology.**
**This is a full time, permanent position based in Albury/Wodonga.**
**About the Role**
As a Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the operating theatre.
You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
+ Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
+ Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
+ Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
+ Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
+ Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
