The Night All Rounder will be responsible for all after hour operations for resort and Reception, including security patrols, public area cleaning and after hour owner requests. You will also greet and welcome our guests and Owners to the hotel, provide hotel facilities and services information, advise on local attractions, activities, restaurants and ensure our guests' holiday expectations are exceeded.

About the role:
This is a part-time contract opportunity until January 2027 (28 hours per week/4 days per week) located in Nambucca Heads NSW. Starting base hourly rate of $35.12 per hour, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.

About the opportunity:
As the Administration/Reception Officer in Nambucca Heads, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. You’ll work alongside our dedicated Communities Team to ensure the smooth delivery of services and programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception and greeting families, young people, and visitors.
- Assisting the intake worker by allocating appointments and ensuring clients are directed to the appropriate services.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as minute taking, timesheet coordination, preparing reports, data entry, and more.
- Providing administrative support for finance processes including accounts payable/receivable.
- Participating in shared administrative duties such as fleet management, property management, and event coordination.
- Assisting field staff with troubleshooting, data entry, and general administrative support.
- Managing corporate card reconciliations and supporting financial transactions.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Strong skills in time management, communication, and organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable and general finance administration.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office applications as well as word processing, data entry and travel/meeting/event management.
- A compassionate and understanding approach, particularly when working with vulnerable clients.
- Current NSW WWCC and current driver’s licence.
