Key job responsibilities
- Drive world-class quality in the Data Center to achieve the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. The QA engineer will be obsessed with quality, engineering and design continuous improvements.
- Ability to make quick decisions with limited data based on experience and understanding of the subject matter
- The QA engineer will focus on fiber optic and optic components, cabling and interconnect products, technologies and standards at this point. The scope may expand to mechanical and electrical (M&E) and other mission critical components later.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish a comprehensive Global Design Standards document, Global Installation Best Practice Guidelines, and detailed Product Specifications for Inside Plant Cabling. Develop Quality Assurance manuals, manage amendments and revisions, formulate audit strategies, and define quality and operational metrics to effectively measure performance and success.
- Audit and inspect Data Center & Edge sites to ensure standards are being followed, generate punch lists, report and generate remediation plans, action and close all customer complaints and defects, provide recommendations based on product and vendor performance, continuously propose improvements to existing designs and processes
- Conduct training sessions with local Infra Delivery Teams and any other Infra Ops organizations to ensure deployments comply with design standards and best practices.
- Candidates must be responsive and communicate with technical teams to collect requirements and communicate with internal customers to describe features, technical designs and strategy.
- Identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in structured cabling, inside plant (ISP) infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Knowledge of fiber optic, copper (Cat 5e/6/6A) cabling installation standards or structured cabling systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment & troubleshooting methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568, 569, 606, 607, ISO/IEC 11801, and NEC Articles 300 & 392 (or related local electrical codes)
- Familiarity with NEMA VE1/VE2 and IEC 61537 for cable tray construction and installation.
- Experience conducting QA inspections in live data center environments with a focus on pathway fill ratios, cable diameter compliance, separation requirements, and firestop/fire rating compliance
- Hands-on knowledge of fiber splicing, fiber testing equipment (OTDR/OLTS), budget-loss, and copper certification testing

You will be responsible for providing technical support in areas such as operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or post-market development with the use of service manuals, work instructions and defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems. You may also be involved in handling technical data using established formulas and procedures and perform detailed service reports to help identify opportunities for improvements to optimise work processes.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Performs in-house servicing on a wide variety of medical devices at the S&R Workshop as per AS/NZ 3551:2012.
+ Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired medical devices.
+ Performs loan return testing and assists with service loan supply management.
+ Diagnoses electrical, mechanical, software and systems failures using established procedures.
+ Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.
+ May communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair and may include direct client communication (further queries, quotes. Etc).
+ Performed new product testing as part of the Australian Pre-delivery inspection process.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; requires completion of undergraduate in Engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical or similar) to prior work experience.
+ Being able to put patient safety first by having a quality mindset
+ Requires competent knowledge of systems, techniques and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
+ Requires competent knowledge and understanding of AS/NZ 3551:2012 and ISO 13485:2016

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager in driving innovation and ensuring effective execution within transportation networks. This role requires a proactive leader capable of inspiring a team to achieve performance goals and productivity standards that align with company objectives. Key job responsibilities

- Monitor and report on associate hours and schedules

Basic Qualifications

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 20kg, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

+ Actively promote contractual service agreements and upgrade purchases of new equipment.
+ Determine the amount to bill customer within a framework of charges.

+ Extensive travel will be incurred within New South Wales and Inter-State for this role.

**What We Are Looking For** **_(Skills & Qualifications)_**
+ Trade certificate or 5+ years' experience in Instrumentation or process control systems required
+ Restricted Electrical or Full Electrical License preferred
+ Mastery of PM, diagnostics & repair on core products as required.
+ Mastery of PM, diagnostics & repair on other products to fulfill customer requirements within the territory.
+ Experience in a commercial Service role with metric and monitored KPI performance preferred.
