The Facilities Coordinator at Agribio provides logistical and administrative co-ordination to Customers and the Facilities Management team. In this role, you will liaise directly with customers and sub-contractors and provides support in adhering to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract.
+ Scheduling - Co-ordinate / schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner in compliance with Contract KPI's and Customer requirements
+ Financial Administration - Manage work order/invoice process for all aspects of the site including monthly forecasting and budgeting
+ Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of contractors and HON employees is conducted in a safe, timely, efficient and professional manner
+ Contractual compliance - have in-depth knowledge of the site Contract and ensure that all work assigned to self and others is done in a compliant manner
+ Reporting - produce reports as requested for the site and provide insights / analysis from the reports to the Facilities team
+ 2+ years in Facility Coordination or similar
+ Strong communication skills
+ Proficient in MS suite and other systems
+ Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
+ Financial reporting for maintenance and projects
