We're looking for a seasoned Enterprise Program Manager to lead the service delivery of large, complex Experience Management Implementation programs that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients. The R&D organization is seeking to add a high energy individual to step into a High Compliance Program Manager role.
This role requires program management experience with knowledge of FedRAMP processes and understanding of high compliance environments. We need you to work with multiple teams to identify gaps and provide solutions and deliver releases in high compliance environment. You will be expected to recommend changes and support your positions on those changes using the data you report.
As a Program Manager, you will work internally with the engineering teams to refine practices, processes, and reporting to drive deliverables to completion. Metric reporting will include, but is not limited to, SLA compliance of internal and external partners, roadmap execution performance, operations efficiency, and deployment of services in FedRAMP environments. An important function of this role is communicating risk factors to affected teams due to unexpected delays associated with underlying infrastructure and services. This role requires the ability to multitask and keep multiple sources of data organized and current.
