About the Opportunity
Due to recent growth, GN Hearing Australia is now looking for a commercially minded, qualified Audiologist / Audiometrist to join its high performing sales/training team.
If you are an energetic, sales and service-focused individual, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for! Your love for hearing technology combined with your engaging communication style will allow you to become the product champion for this innovative audiology portfolio.
Based in Perth, you will cover a broad territory across WA, maintaining and building relationships with customers. Extensive travel will be required and therefore a current drivers licence is essential.
About the Role
· To manage relationships with existing and new accounts to support positive sales outcomes and revenue growth
· Providing high levels of Audiological, product and technical support to customers
· Using your exceptional relationship building skills to deliver an excellent customer-focused experience
· Providing accurate reports showing progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
· Developing quotes, proposals and negotiation agreements
· Developing and maintaining in-depth insight in product ranges and respective software packages
· Attending and presenting at various group sessions, events, seminars and conferences
· Having in-depth clinical and product knowledge to assist with technical support and problem solving to achieve optimal outcomes and drive repeat business
About You
Essential
· Tertiary qualifications in Audiology or Audiometry
· Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting to large groups of people
· Fluent English required
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Full drivers licence and the ability to travel extensively across Western Australia and to Sydney for quarterly sales meetings and other events
Desirable
· Tertiary business qualifications
· Sales Experience

• We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced candidate to joint our Accounting team at our head office in Melbourne.
Job Purpose
• Serve as an important member of the Accounting team
• Process payment accurately without any delay
• Ensure the book is up to date
• Ensure all employees abide by the company’s policies and procedures
• Report to the Accounts Manager.
Job Responsibility
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
1) Matching suppliers’ invoices against purchase orders;
2) Gaining approval for payment of invoices;
3) Processing payment by EFT, Bpay, TT & credit card;
4) Managing insurance policies;
5) Managing contracts with suppliers;
6) Managing petty cash;
7) Data entry;
8) Liaison with suppliers and clients;
9) Answering inquiries regarding payment.
10) Process Customs clearance on imports without delay;
11) Stock management;
12) General administration duties.
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar role;
2) Excellent written and spoken skills; &
3) Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel etc…).
