In addition to owning the support engagement the CSAM takes a lead role in prioritized Cloud Success programs, working to bring the best of One Microsoft to support customers digital transformation and journey to the cloud.

Strong relationship management skills are essential as the CSAM role requires orchestration across multiple internal teams to drive the best outcomes across a range of customer.
You have experience accelerating the success of Digital Native Businesses through Cloud services, demonstrating your business and technical capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
+ Driving customer cloud adoption and customer success is the prevailing business priority
+ Using a data-driven approach, to perform assessments and analyses of customers' adoption activities to optimize Microsoft solutions against adoption and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), success measures, and customer expectations, as appropriate.
+ Adapts customer success plans in order to stay aligned with our customers strategic vision. Optimizes value realization by engaging other resources (e.g., Engineering, Partners, Cloud Solution Architects) and ensuring progress reporting

**Qualifications**
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Experience: Over five years of experience managing the delivery of IT related support and solutions that demonstrate measurable impact on business outcomes
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at a range of levels including senior executives
- Technical: Broad understanding of Microsoft technologies and industry directions including cloud. While not essential for selection, a cloud certification would also be desirable
- Program Management: Skills in creating, planning, managing and delivering programs through cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communication and analysing outcomes by paying close attention to detail.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience required:**
+ Proven sales leadership with 7 - 10 years' experience in sales management in a similar sized healthcare organisation.
+ Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing and/or a related field essential (MBA would be preferred)
+ An excellent understanding of the Australian Public and Private hospital system and the key issues of the healthcare industry.
+ Extensive experience in healthcare sales in both the public and private sector.
+ Ability to research, analyse, interpret, and maximise the use of market intelligence
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively present information; ability to respond to queries in a clear and concise manner.

**Team/Function Overview**
The Australia Lead for Financial Reporting is a senior management level position reporting directly to the Global Head of Financial Reporting with a matrix reporting line to local management.
The Financial Reporting team is part of Fund Services Operations.
The team is responsible for the production of financial statements, tax and regulatory reporting and all associated workings for investment and superannuation fund clients domiciled in Australia.
The current headcount is approximately 30 onshore in Australia with an equal number in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as the offshore partner. The team is predicted to grow in the coming years as we take on new clients and our existing clients expand.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with onshore partners and the Global Head of Financial Reporting to determine the optimal operating model including automation and location strategies to enhance scalability and quality of operations
+ Summarize into a strategic vision for the local teams
+ Lead the team through business and operational change including communicating the vision and goals, consistently and frequently, across all locations
+ Cascade annual goals for the team in line with the strategic vision and help them to achieve them

We provide a full suite of Securities Services in more than 100 markets, including our proprietary network of over 60 branches and across 23 fund domiciles. Our solutions include custody, clearing, asset servicing, fund administration, ETF services, middle office, agency securities lending, collateral management, transfer agency, and fiduciary services.
The role of Senior Tax and Financial Reporting manager is a new role that has been created to help support the head of the Tax and Financial reporting team, in managing and overseeing the migration activity as well as BAU. You will represent the department in migration type meetings and as well have approximately 5 people reporting into you, where you will be overseeing their delivery of BAU items. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and their service providers and be competent to discuss technical tax and accounting topics and industry trends. You will also be responsible for identifying, analysing, monitoring and communicating risks and controls within the team.
**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Manage the completion and delivery of all tax and other regulatory reporting including: business activity statements; distribution calculations and tax returns; accounting to taxable income reconciliations
+ Ensure tax and other regulatory reporting adheres to company policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements
+ Analyse and consider impacts of key tax reforms
+ Ensure the business unit maintains the ethical standards contained in the Code of Conduct
+ Adhere to firm policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements
+ Represent Tax & Financial Reporting team in internal and client meetings
+ Ensure the successful implementation of the new business pipeline (leveraging off the wider team)
+ Manage stakeholder expectations
+ Ensure we adhere to the risk and governance framework
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ Strong accounting and tax knowledge including the ability to respond to clients and their external auditor/advisor queries
+ Have detailed knowledge in the Financial Services Industry (administering Managed Investment Funds)
+ Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English.
+ Proficient at producing and presenting reports.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties.
+ Proactive and able to use initiative.

The Fund Accounting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department. The Tax and Financial Reporting (TXFR) team is part of the Fund Administration Operations team which is part of Issuer & Investor Services. The team is responsible for the production of financial statements, tax and regulatory reporting and all associated workings and management.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage tax and financial reporting operations operations at a site or functional level including people managers as well as partner across department and business to develop and enhance cost effective solutions that meet client expectations and needs
+ Assess new business viability against existing business capabilities and make appropriate recommendations
+ Assist and encourage employee career progression through defined career paths, management processes, appropriate training, and Professional Development Plans (PDPs)
+ Evaluate risk and controls, including operational impact of changes in legislation, and ensure compliance to established controls
+ Lead strategic planning process with business units and prioritize business development requirements to completion
+ Monitor Profit and Loss (P&L), expense managements, budget, and planning
+ Monitor, set, and achieve established department goals during day-to-day operations as well as serve as point of escalation for complex issues and manage resolution of issues and new business requests
+ Direct and participate in department and industry initiatives as well as support corporate governance and ethics
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of relevant experience
+ Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA
+ Experience within financial markets and fund accounting
+ Experience in financial services, client management, project management, strategic management, operational management, and resource and expense management
+ Experience with people management and working with multiple stakeholders
+ Advanced knowledge of accounting concepts, financial services, and global financial markets
+ Ability to manage client relationships
+ Demonstrated talent assessment as well as the ability to manage client relationships

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Net Asset Valuations (NAV's) for our clients
**Responsibilities:**
+ Overall responsibility for AU/NZ Fund Accounting Operations, inclusive of oversight and monitoring of teams located in Australia and teams based across Citi's offshore sites supporting Fund Accounting within the Investor Services business.
+ Lead strategic planning process with business units and prioritize business development requirements to completion
+ Drive policy and planning, have active involvement with senior management both locally and cross border on matters related to Fund Accounting Operations with an emphasis on Superannuation and determine the feasibility of new products/services and technological support necessary to deliver such services.
+ Will require strong client service orientation and ensure that all current and future client needs are met by having close interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Analyse client challenges, understand root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction in a well-controlled environment.
+ Drive client operational reviews and participate in client service reviews, client due diligences whilst ensuring the team is providing optimal client service.
+ The timeliness and accuracy of Affiliate's and Third Parties to be measured to ensure Client's Service Level Agreements are met.
+ Close interaction with Product Management, Business Support, Technology, and other internal teams inclusive of line 2 partners, to deliver tailored efficient solutions that will meet the expectations and needs of clients.
+ Manage a team of professionals, assist and encourage employee career progression through defined career paths, management processes, appropriate training, and Professional Development Plans (PDPs)
+ Monitor, set, and achieve established department goals during day-to-day operations as well as serve as point of escalation for complex issues and manage resolution of issues and new business requests
+ Foster a robust risk and control culture of 'we are all risk managers' and understand Citi's approach to managing risk and how it relates to them and their teams roles and responsibilities.
+ This individual will valuate risk and controls, including operational impact of changes in legislation, and ensure compliance to established controls
+ This individual will promptly escalate issues regarding but not limited to people, processes, systems and products and resolve in a timely manner.
+ This individual will be responsible for identifying control defeciencies, drive process improvement whilst mitigating risk.
+ This individual will understand and participate in Manager Control Assessments (MCA) and be responsible for internal and external audit activities/reviews pertaining to Fund Accounting.
