As an Account Manager in the Sydney Sales team, you will work within Paramounts high performing Ad Sales team representing and selling advertising across the Paramount ecosystem with specific focus on Network Ten.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Managing an agency portfolio and responsible for revenue and share targets.
Proactively meeting with agencies/presenting opportunities
Working towards and achieving set budgets and reaching revenue targets
Negotiating deals and responding to client briefs.
Working cohesively with broadcast, digital and integration teams to provide holistic solutions for our clients.
Working in conjunction with Effect Account Manager on developing and selling premium sponsorship opportunities
Proactively prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities to deliver on revenue targets and share.
Identify opportunities to streamline process and improve productivity
Build strong relationships with clients and agencies.
Embrace new sales initiatives and improvements
Managing a Sales Assistant
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience in a similar B2B Media sales/Account Management experience
Proactive and service driven
Strong Account Management skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
Ability to pull together a business plan and execute strategic priorities to grow revenue and share
Ability to work autonomously on key projects and opportunities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High level of detail, flexibility, time management and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and confident presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
IBMS and Mediawise software knowledge (not essential)

**This role will cover targeted customers across Sunshine Coast and Regional Area of Hervey Bay**
**What you will be doing**
Working in a customer facing role, you'll engage and connect people to healthcare solutions that could transform their lives. We'll create a positive impact together; with stories you'll be proud to tell.
As a Sales Representative, you will promote key brands and engage primary care healthcare professionals within your territory to support positive treatment outcomes for patients. You will work with your team to develop and fulfil a local plan to exceed sales and customer contact goals.
**Main responsibilities**
+ Meet with Health Care Professionals aligned with our product portfolio strategy and cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.
+ Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentation meetings, medical centre luncheons and participation in industry events.
+ Work effectively within the territory team, contributing to team success
+ Maximise sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources. This involves presenting information effectively, tailoring it to customer needs, and staying informed about key competitor products and clinical developments.
+ Maintain a high level of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study and training.
+ Achieve required standard of sales calls which includes a regional area, working away from home 1 week in every 6 weeks
