Regional Administration Officer- Communities programs
About the role
We currently have two permanent part-time opportunities that will be based in Dubbo, with some travel to Orange and Parkes on occasion
- 1x position will be working 3 day/ week (21 hours)
- 1x position will be working 4 day/ week (28 hours)

About you in the Role
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our Communities programs, ensuring smooth operations by handling essential administrative tasks and supporting caseworkers in the field. Your role will include:
p>• Reception & Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising with service providers and contractors. p>• Administrative Support: taking meeting minutes, preparing documents, data entry and supporting financial processes. p>• Event & Meeting Coordination: Setting up and scheduling meetings, booking travel, and organizing program-related events. p>• Fleet & Safety Management: Overseeing program vehicles, processing logbooks, and ensuring team safety while caseworkers are in the field. p>• Office Management: Maintaining office systems and handling general administrative duties as required.What you need to succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
p>• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and de-escalate difficult interactions. p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). p>• A keen eye for detail and accuracy. p>• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks. p>• A collaborative mindset—able to work independently and within a team.

• A Certificate III in Business Administration.

- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children’s Check
- High level competency in working with figures and use of spreadsheets for budgets and data
- Accurate word processing and presentation skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
