- 3 to 4 days interstate travel to ACT and Melbourne

About the Opportunity
An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Generalist Registered Nurse (RN) or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP) to join a supportive and dynamic team delivering comprehensive, community-based healthcare.
In this role, you will:
- Provide holistic, culturally safe care in both clinic and outreach settings
- Manage a range of acute and chronic health issues
- Participate in health screening, health promotion, immunisations and care planning
- Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Workers, GPs and allied health teams
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families to support better health outcomes
About You
You are a compassionate and skilled RN or AHP who thrives in culturally diverse environments and is passionate about community-led care.
You will also bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA (as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner)
- At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Strong understanding of (or genuine interest in) Aboriginal health issues
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Base salary: $81,000 – $8,529 + super (commensurate with experience)
- Total remuneration package up to ~ 117,000 pro rata
- 5 weeks annual leave + additional paid Christmas/New Year leave
- Relocation assistance and annual flight allowance
- Accommodation allowance or subsidised housing
- Monday–Friday hours (no shift or weekend work)
- Salary packaging and ongoing professional development
