**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Sales Responsibilities:
+ Quote rates and availability in line with function space selling guidelines.
+ Lead memorable and tailor-made Insider Tours and Client Entertainment.
+ Respond and acknowledge all incoming enquiries and send a formal proposal within 24 hours.
+ Conduct post-event follow-up calls to prospect for repeat bookings.
+ Prepare and issue event contracts on a timely basis and ensure that contracts and any required deposits are returned by the agreed option dates.
+ Represent the brand in all catering and event sales activities with a strong focus on the local catering market.
+ Promote Marriott Bonvoy and affiliated offers during the proposal process.
Event Planning Responsibilities:
+ Manage the planning of events including full event details, menu selection, and creation of the internal banquet event order and billing charges.
+ Communicate between client and reservations department, assisting with confirming group accommodation requirements.
+ Review all daily beverage & food and conference charges posted to relevant accounts during each event.
+ Monitor group billing accounts for accuracy and coordinate with the Credit Manager for delayed payments.
+ Work closely with Assistant B&F Manager, Assistant Banquet Operations Manager and AV Company to ensure all aspects of the event are executed as per the Banquet Event Orders.
+ Attend weekly BEO Meetings and Group Movement Meetings for key internal stakeholders.
+ Conduct Pre and Post Conference Meetings with event clients as required.
+ Ensure smooth flow of information from Sales/Events to Banquet Services and the Beverage & Food Department.
**ABOUT YOU**
+ Minimum one-two years' experience in a hotel environment or have completed an internship in a business environment.
+ Possess excellent verbal and written communication and Microsoft Office skills, and a high attention to detail.

**DESCRIPTION**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Retain and defend existing customers and prospect and develop new opportunities to grow the Power Generation business across NSW, including both metro and regional areas.
+ Sell low Kva generators and High Horsepower (HHP) projects to maximise sales growth within the state.
+ Prepare and manage PowerGen quotes for NSW customers.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, end users, and consultant customers throughout NSW.
+ Independently develop and execute account plans to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals within the assigned sales territory, market segment, or channel partners.
+ Work closely with Consultants, Electrical Contractors, and End Users to understand customer needs and priorities and offer appropriate Cummins solutions.
+ Understand the value chain players and sales process required to win Major Projects, utilising your strong account planning and face-to-face meeting skills.
+ Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines, working closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Project Management.
+ Demonstrate strong Sales Opportunity Pipeline Management skills to proactively plan for successful execution of sales strategies and to produce accurate Sales Forecasts.
+ Travel throughout metro and regional NSW will be required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Very strong Electrical or Mechanical background with a solid understanding of engines and/or electrical systems. Power Generation experience is highly desirable.
+ Previous sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
+ Superior communication skills with the ability to negotiate and develop new business.
+ Experience using CRM is essential. Knowledge of Salesforce will be an advantage.
+ Knowledge of Commercial contracts.

Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.
Sales Forecasting - Collects and assesses customer data from internal and external sources; compares against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns.
Sales Pipeline Management - Plans proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); adjusts sales strategy, plans, or high impact activities accordingly; as applicable coaches sellers in order to achieve sales objectives.
Sense Making - Through a series of diagnostic and probing questions and research, develops and/or supports an intimate understanding of the customer needs, behaviors, and/or their buying journey. **Position Overview**
The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) is responsible for expanding new business and renewals in key accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. This position reports to a Territory Sales Leader and will work closely with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account Based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.
**Responsibilities**
+ Generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts
+ Proactively own renewals in key accounts
+ Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account. This involves evaluating the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting key steps needed to execute the account plans
+ Develop important and effective relationships within the account including Key Executives and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value
+ Ensure the Autodesk team delivers Business Value to the Account(s), builds effective Account Business plan and execute upon the plan, builds, maintains and grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s), uses sound call planning to drive business results and makes continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor
+ Manage accounts through entire sales process; Outside field sales position, physically at customer location for business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
+ Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business
+ Partner collaboratively with channel partners in order to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to drive new revenue, and expand business partner relationships
+ Reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement
+ Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiation
+ Sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions where necessary
+ Be a Trusted Adviser for customers and identify win/win situations
+ Help customers and the company develop success reference stories
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ A proven sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
+ Strong sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value Based Selling)
+ Strong executive selling and relationship experience
+ A proven track-record in managing and growing global accounts
+ Channel sales experience
+ Fluent English language skills
+ Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry or Manufacturing (Design & Manufacturing) experience would be advantageous
