- A/B Testing: Run an ongoing A/B testing and optimisation program to continuously improve strategy with data-driven experimentation, share insights and identity opportunities for growth.
Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing
- Assist with executing EVT’s lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention and enhance customer loyalty. Use Paid Media to drive new customer & member acquisitions and to engage/revitalise existing customers to generate repeat stays and grow avg. lifetime value.
- Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM, CX & Lifecycle Marketing and Group Loyalty Manager and utilise customer data and insights to deliver a highly targeted and personalised experience across key Paid Media touchpoints.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ experience working in Paid Media.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital agency or similar environment
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficient across Paid Media account management and optimisation tools/techniques.
- Proven record of making a measurable impact on campaign performance.
- Strong analytical & commercial skills with the ability to interpret data and to translate strategy into action

About the Role
In this role you will assist with managing and executing the digital strategy for the EVT Hotels and Resorts owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
EVT Hotels and Resorts Digital Channels
- Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels to implement digital strategies that drive customers to EVT owned websites, increase repeat visitation and grow direct accommodation and C&E revenue.
- Use analytical skills to identify key customer touchpoints and provide actionable insights & data-driven recommendations. Orchestrate personalised user journeys and deliver campaigns in a timely manner to turn insights into results.
Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing
- Work closely with the Head of EVT Digital Channels and Group Loyalty Manager to develop, execute & continuously refine EVT’s lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention and enhance customer loyalty. Make a direct and measurable impact to member database & revenue growth via strong CRM, loyalty & marketing automation tactics.
- Strategically grow the size of active members in the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black tiers to drive repeat stays and increase avg. lifetime value using various communication channels. Utilise customer data and insights to develop a highly targeted and personalised experience for members across all touchpoints.
CRM, Campaign Execution & Management (Braze, iReckonU)
- Direct Marketing: Own and manage Braze (Customer Engagement Platform). Lead execution of canvases & multi-channel campaigns and ongoing management of campaigns, data feeds & media library in Braze. Leverage data-driven personalisation and automation to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and engagement, using channels including but not limited to; web (in-app message, content cards, web push), email & SMS.
- Customer Journey Orchestration: Design & map customer journeys and automation flows and ensure strong & relevant guest communications through personalisation. Familiarity with data analytics tools/metrics and ability to analyse & activate data in campaign executions are essential.
- Technical Executions: Use Liquid templating language to create dynamic & personalised content and own QA via thorough technical checks. Use HTML skills to customise and enhance the visual aspect of marketing content as required.
- Templates & Media Library Management: Develop, maintain and deploy best-in-class, error-free and on-brand email and in-app message templates for all guest communications for EVT Hotels and Resorts. Marketing comms are delivered via Braze and transactional comms are delivered via iReckonU/Sendgrid.
- Database Management: Work closely with the Group Loyalty Manager to manage opt-in, consent, preferences and subscription groups across email, SMS and web push. Ensure data integrity and maintain good hygiene & quality for EVT’s member & customer databases.
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and stay up to date with evolving laws and best practices in all direct marketing activities.
- QA & Approval: Manage QA, review & approval process of all direct marketing campaigns & partner activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deploy a strong process to ensure efficiency and error-free executions. Attention to detail is very important for this role.
- Performance KPIs: Take a data-driven approach by leveraging audience insights for shaping personalised & results-driven direct marketing strategies, and for driving continuous optimisation against KPIs across both platforms. Actively engage in actions to further enhance performance of direct marketing activity.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, report, analyse and optimise campaigns based on performance & revenue KPIs. Work in close collaboration with the wider team to drive the overall business objectives.
