**Responsibilities**
+ Build and cultivate meaningful C-level relationships with the most senior leadership layers of the agency. Create and regularly expand the stakeholder map, functional rhythm of business and execute strategic Partnership Plans.
+ Hold accountability for orchestrating and executing the commercial deal strategy for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
+ Drive agency adoption and diversification of investment across our full Microsoft ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, Gaming, AdTech and Data Collaboration solutions. Develop holistic partnership framework and conceptualize and drive scaled investment and best practices across global markets
+ Partner closely with Sales leaders across Performance Solutions, Media & AdTech Solutions, Gaming & Experiences to align strategy and commercial deal development. Take ownership of planning and executing revenue-driving initiatives in collaboration with GMS, MSA partners and MCAPs, driving reporting rigor and accountability to KPIs.
+ Lead Agency and team Executive briefings and coordinate with Marketing to deliver high-value marketing events that evangelize MSA properties and build long term impact plans and help establish Microsoft as a leader in the digital advertising space through thought leadership and industry expertise.
+ Champion AI-driven strategies to elevate agency partnerships, leveraging Microsoft's cutting-edge advertising and AI solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
+ Connect with other functional teams (Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Technical Account Management, Field Sales Excellence, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure full leverage of available resources/ budgets/ tools etc. to drive partnership value.
+ Foster and promote the cross-Microsoft agenda, leveraging the broader Microsoft stack to support the agency in driving internal process transformation as well as differentiated value for clients through product innovation.
+ Operate at the 'tip of the spear', immerse yourself in industry shifts and competitive offerings, to inform product pipeline; and new sales initiatives. Flex into new and developing areas of the business as needed.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 12+ years' experience in digital media sales/service with a focus on agencies required.
+ Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with agency leaders; possessing a high degree of executive maturity, integrity and accountability.
+ Experience in orchestrating complex commercial and trading partnerships with Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies
+ Experience in nurturing AdTech, Martech and data-driven partnerships alongside media activation.

**About the Role**
In this role you will, support the Marketing Manager with daily marketing and campaign management for Tommy Hilfiger, including the creation and monitoring of go-to-market campaigns and communications strategy.
