Citi's Corporate Advisory Senior Associate is responsible for providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions and assisting clients in raising funds and other capital management activities.
This role will be covering the Financial Institutions ("FI") sector and will be based in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the execution of Citi's Capital Markets and Advisory business activities associated with FI clients
+ Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities
+ Contribute to building Citi's franchise
+ Manage and mentor analysts by providing detailed guidance and feedback, quality check
+ Drive workstreams as the key intermediary between seniors and analysts
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience

+ Demonstrated problem solving and organisational skills

Our advisory team are looking for an Associate Director - Business Case & Economics to join their growing team based in Brisbane. In this role, you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that helps clients 'bring ideas to life' across the built environment, infrastructure, energy and resources, and government.
Our Associate Directors form the key touch points of our business with our clients, delivering quality outputs that generate tangible outcomes for their challenges. They're enabled and supported to build the business and grow service streams, working with and developing our colleagues' capabilities to serve client needs.

+ Provide Infrastructure Advisory and consulting services to public and private clients
