About the role
L3Harris IMSA are seeking an EVMS experienced, highly-driven, detail-orientated accounting professional, to oversee finances for some of our high profile programs. Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders and the central finance team, the Program Finance Analyst will monitor and control project finances to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget.

About The Role

The Western Public Health Unit (WPHU) has been established to strengthen the public health response to communicable diseases and other health issues. The unit is part of a system of three metropolitan public health units and six regional units that provide a state-wide network of public health delivery and oversight. 

WPHU is led and coordinated by Western Health and responsible for approximately 1.4M people in the LGAs of Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Hobson’s Bay, Merri-bek, Melbourne, Brimbank, Melton and Wyndham. Key knowledge and experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in applying statistical methodologies (e.g., linear and logistic regression, time-series analysis) to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

• Experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design

**About the role**
+ Perform a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market transactions, compile and interpret market data, and provide data and asset information to clients.
+ Support agents and administration staff, maintain land ownership and databases, and ensure database integrity and accuracy.
+ Work with tenant representatives, prepare development feasibilities, assist with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and prepare marketing collateral packages for leasing campaigns.
+ Analyse economic and property trends to assist with presentations.
+ Coordinate the leasing team, participate in client meetings and inspections, and manage and maintain up-to-date client contact databases and enquiries on various CBRE-specific programs.
