About the role
L3Harris IMSA are seeking an EVMS experienced, highly-driven, detail-orientated accounting professional, to oversee finances for some of our high profile programs. Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders and the central finance team, the Program Finance Analyst will monitor and control project finances to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget.
Core activities of this role will be centered around tracking project financial performance, implementing EVMS reporting and analysis, report to L3Harris Finance EAC status, budgeting and forecast projects.
About you

+ Defence Industry experience and knowledge of CASG Cost and Profit.
+ Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management, Program Finance deliverables and driving an Earned Value tool (COBRA etc.)

+ Familiarity with Costpoint or similar ERP systems relevant to Project Reporting.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Key job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities of the role are-

• Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and there mapping with the software.

• Conduct workshops for business processes, business requirements, discussing possible solutions/ designs.

• Liaise with the development team to discuss client requirements and finalise design.

• Conduct on-site support and installations of Bepoz software.

• Provide timely, accurate data analytics and monitor the effectiveness and usage of existing targeting tools.

• Liaise with Operations Manager to improve overall performance.

• Responding to customer queries and ensure to provide customer support by phone / in person.

• Act as a conduit between the customer and Accounts Manager, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Knowledge sharing & mentoring other developers within the team.

• Work in collaboration with team members and adhere to timelines and milestones

Must Have –

• Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology

• Must be Australian qualified

• Must have atleast 3 year of full-time Australian experience in POS software

• Must have technical exposure to various programming languages, javascript, HTLM5, SQL etc

About the Role

Provide financial analysis support on revenue and cost-out initiatives.
Prepare clear and succinct written and verbal reports, business cases, proposals and updates as required by stakeholders.
Stakeholder management/business partnering across the company
Simplifying large amounts of data and/or complex problems and presenting a key points to the business
Comfortable having a wide remit of tasks and ability to prioritise workload effectively
