**Key Responsibilities**
+ Primarily support Senior Counsel for APAC, with some assistance for UK and EU teams.
+ Negotiate customer contracts.

+ Conduct legal research.
+ Assist with corporate governance.
+ Handle business requests on an as-needed basis.
**Requirements**
+ Admitted as a lawyer in Australia. Position is hybrid with option for fully remote.
+ 1-3 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably within tech industry.
+ Willingness to work outside standard business hours to support the UK and EU teams.

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education) with strong academic performance
+ 3-5 years of experience in an implementation consulting, in-depth SaaS training and education, or consultative services role
+ Strong history of project management expertise - certifications (e.g. CAPM, PMP, etc.) a strong plus
+ Experience in, and passionate about, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Outstanding organizational and task management skills, managing a varied set of responsibilities with strong attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations that explain complex subjects to non-technical end users
