**About the Role:**
+ As a CBRE Maintenance Technical Apprentice, you will develop on the job skills to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis
+ This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems
+ We are currently hiring Apprentice in Electrical to join us and support Data Centre Critical Environment.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Receive training from current operations team in proper job safety and repair procedures
+ Observe operations team while they perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities
+ Assist with servicing & Maintenance of building equipment and systems
+ Work with management to ensure energy management by taking measures to verify that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner
+ Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities
+ Impact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a college program or technical school
+ In progress Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical/Air-conditioning & Refrigeration/Entry level off school Year 12
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
+ Applicant required to provide latest student transcript
+ Must be Australian Citizen - NV1 clearance is require
+ Must have driver's license
