Right now, we are seeking bright and energised **Program Managers** to join our inspired team. In this role, you will contribute to the critical outcomes of the Australian Defence Force by delivering complex, state-of-the-art programs designed to keep Australia safe.

The role, based in Williamtown, NSW, supports RAAF execute advanced test and training exercises across the country.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Day-to-day safety and operations of the program;
+ Accountability for estimating and executing various Projects that deliver safety, security and operational improvements to RAAF Test and Training activities;
+ Provide key communications and stakeholder management within the team;
+ Liaison with Commonwealth Program Offices to ensure that Commonwealth expectations are met;
+ Preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, estimates at completion packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
Travel may be required within Australia to fulfil the requirements of this role.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
+ Relevant tertiary qualification in either, Program or Business Management, or equivalent experience; with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a defence project management role or relevant experience;
+ Demonstrated competence in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) competencies;
+ Proven ability to work both as an individual and as a member of a high-performance team;
+ Strongly developed interpersonal skills and able to influence stakeholders at an operational level and the ability to develop solutions that meet complex customer requirements;
+ Demonstrated focus on delivering the best possible outcome and attends to all details required to deliver the right solutions at the right time and commitments are met on budget and schedule.

Here's how a Solar Estimating Student for our Solar Australia office in North Sydney starting late November/early December contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**
+ Understanding and utilizing PCL's estimating manuals, systems and forms
+ Reviewing quantity survey assignment with lead estimator or Construction Risk Manager.
+ Performing assigned quantity survey
+ Giving quantities of major purchase items to purchasing department for pricing
+ Transferring quantities to lead estimator
+ Performing general subtrade solicitation duties
+ Bid document control
+ Performing bid day assignments
+ Visiting job sites periodically
+ Developing relationships with subcontractors
+ Other duties as assigned by the Construction Risk Manager
**Qualifications**
+ Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
+ Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated National Training Manager to lead and direct training strategies and curriculum across multiple regions and divisions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our Dealer Channel, Distributors, Customers, and internal personnel across technical, sales, marketing, service, parts, and operations domains.
As National Training Manager, you will:
+ Lead the development and execution of training strategies across multiple regions and divisions, aligning with business goals.

# Project Overview:
The Ranger Rehabilitation project is the rehabilitation of the land of the former Uranium Mine. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in making a positive impact on the environment, restoring the land to the status of its surrounding World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. A collaborative project, this project is developed in consultation with the Mirarr Traditional Owners and will benefit the Jabiru NT community.
Located 8 km east of Jabiru and 260 km south-east of Darwin, the Ranger Project will lead the way in the fast-growing area of mining closures. Please note a formal offer to the successful candidate of this site-based FIFO (fly in fly out) position will be contingent upon passing a stringent medical examination.
# Job Summary:
As part of our on-site team, you will help shape the future of Training across our project. In this newly created position, as Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training programs across the Project team. You'll coordinate training logistics, manage learning systems, and ensure compliance with various standards and statutory obligations. You'll also contribute to the development of engaging learning resources and support our commitment to safety and environmental management through effective training practices.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Conduct and maintain comprehensive assessments to identify training needs across different departments and levels within the organisation.
+ Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop plan for training requirements and priorities.
+ Assist with the development of training materials (where applicable), including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to meet the identified needs.

# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ This role requires a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in specialist Training roles. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency in various training tools and technologies, including Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and multimedia authoring software, is desirable.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ You must demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and can thrive in complex team environments.
+ Continuous improvement of both processes and systems will give you the chance to be creative and methodical and allow for the development of best practice.
+ This is an opportunity where you will be given clear direction and then be expected to work autonomously.
