J&J Security Services (Security Master Licence No. 000107675) is looking for vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our professional team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties, personnel, and visitors. This role involves patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents promptly.
Tasks and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Con uct regular patrols of the property to check for unauthorized entry and ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure. < r>• W tch for and report irregularities such as fire hazards, equipment malfunctions, and other potential safety issues. < r>• M nitor security alarms and immediately notify supervisors, police, or fire departments if a security breach or fire is detected. < r>• I sue security passes to authorized visitors and provide necessary directions to ensure they reach their destinations safely. < r>• R spond quickly to any security incidents or emergencies, including contacting the appropriate authorities. < r>• S fely handle and transport cash, payrolls, and other valuables, ensuring their secure delivery. < r>• M intain order and ensure the safety of attendees at events with large gatherings. < r>• C nduct investigations into theft or other unlawful acts within the premises and prepare evidence for potential court cases. < r>• A vise clients on their security needs and help design effective security plans and specifications. < r>

Security Governance & Strategy
+ Develop, implement, and manage a security governance package compliant with DISP, PSPF/DSPF and aligned with KBR's strategic objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with the KBR Global Security Standard across ADSS facilities and personnel.
+ Maintain and build a strong security culture and provide strategic input to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
Operational Security Management
+ Manage and direct security officers to deliver business-as-usual activities in line with DISP and internal governance policy.
+ Oversee security operations, ensuring all risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed under approved KBR security policies and procedures.
+ Investigate and report security incidents to the appropriate agencies within mandated timeframes.
Facility Security & Accreditation
+ Liaise with DoD, DISP and other agencies for joint security planning involving secure facility design, construction, accreditations and Defence network installations.
+ Conduct facility risk assessments and audits, ensuring operations align with current threat levels and implementing improvements as needed.
+ Work with ASD, DS&VS, ASIO and other security bodies to ensure ongoing facility compliance in a dynamic threat environment.
Policy Development & Compliance
+ Develop and update policies to ensure the secure management of people, property, and information in accordance with DISP and internal requirements.
+ Adapt policies based on Defence updates, incident findings, or risk assessments.
+ Complete mandatory reporting, including the Annual Security Report to DISP, and maintain membership requirements under DoD DISP.
Training, Awareness & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Develop and deliver security inductions, training, and awareness programs for all defence-involved staff.
+ Liaise with internal departments (e.g., IT, Facilities, Operational Units) to ensure secure operations and mitigate insider threats.
+ Maintain relationships with international KBR teams (USA, EMEA, APAC) and actively participate in industry working groups and CSO/DISP forums.

You are a seasoned security leader with a deep understanding of Defence security frameworks. You have proven experience leading security teams and advising senior executives in a high-stakes environment. You are proactive, adaptable and an excellent communicator who builds trust and drives strategic outcomes.

Security Governance & Strategy
+ Develop, implement, and manage a security governance package compliant with DISP, PSPF/DSPF and aligned with KBR's strategic objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with the KBR Global Security Standard across ADSS facilities and personnel.
+ Maintain and build a strong security culture and provide strategic input to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
Operational Security Management
+ Manage and direct security officers to deliver business-as-usual activities in line with DISP and internal governance policy.
+ Oversee security operations, ensuring all risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed under approved KBR security policies and procedures.
+ Investigate and report security incidents to the appropriate agencies within mandated timeframes.
Facility Security & Accreditation
+ Liaise with DoD, DISP and other agencies for joint security planning involving secure facility design, construction, accreditations and Defence network installations.
+ Conduct facility risk assessments and audits, ensuring operations align with current threat levels and implementing improvements as needed.
+ Work with ASD, DS&VS, ASIO and other security bodies to ensure ongoing facility compliance in a dynamic threat environment.
Policy Development & Compliance
+ Develop and update policies to ensure the secure management of people, property, and information in accordance with DISP and internal requirements.
+ Adapt policies based on Defence updates, incident findings, or risk assessments.
+ Complete mandatory reporting, including the Annual Security Report to DISP, and maintain membership requirements under DoD DISP.
Training, Awareness & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Develop and deliver security inductions, training, and awareness programs for all defence-involved staff.
+ Liaise with internal departments (e.g., IT, Facilities, Operational Units) to ensure secure operations and mitigate insider threats.
+ Maintain relationships with international KBR teams (USA, EMEA, APAC) and actively participate in industry working groups and CSO/DISP forums.

You are a seasoned security leader with a deep understanding of Defence security frameworks. You have proven experience leading security teams and advising senior executives in a high-stakes environment. **THE ROLE**
**PURPOSE AND SCOPE**
The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) reports directly to the Information Systems security Manager and provides support to the ISSM in the development and management of operational information systems security implementation policy, procedures, and guidelines.
The ISSO is responsible for the preparation, review, and update of authorization packages. The ISSO ensures approved procedures are in place for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying various types of hardware and media.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Responsibilities/Duties**
+ Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package, notify ISSM when changes occur that might affect the authorization determination of the information system(s)
+ Coordinate any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware of a system with the ISSM and AO/DAO prior to the change
+ Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly
+ Ensure all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals, ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented (to include any anomalies)
+ Attend required technical and security training (e.g., operating system, networking, security management) relative to assigned duties
+ Execute the cyber security portion of the self-inspection, to include provide security coordination and review of all system assessment plans
+ Identify cyber security vulnerabilities and assist with the implementation of the countermeasures for them
+ Prepare reports on the status of security safeguards applied to computer systems
+ Ensure compliance with all site's environmental health and safety requirements
+ Any other reasonable duties as requested
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Essential**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ CISSP, Security + or equivalent
+ MCSA or equivalent

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - Minimum Essential**
+ Minimum 2 years' experience - extensive work experience in a current ISSO role with IA Certifications may suffice for degree
+ Experience in Intelligence Community Directive 503 (ICD 503) and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
+ Meets DoD 8570.1 Certification Requirements as an Information Assurance Technical Category II (IAT II) minimum (for system and network administrators)
+ Linux experience preferred
