Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we continue to expand our Renewables team and are seeking a leader to make real contributions towards our Generation and Storage business, based from our Sydney office.

+ Provide strategic leadership and supervision of projects delivery, on renewable generation, gas generation and energy storage projects across ANZ.
+ Actively mentor and drive the growth of our team members through the energy transition.

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
The Project Kuiper Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) Consumer team is looking for a talented individual to manage the ANZ growth strategy. The Demand Generation Lead B2C role leads the day-to-day subscriber acquisition business rhythms, defines and optimizes the subscriber acquisition strategy and plans across all available sales channels to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual gross adds, incoming revenue, and incoming profitability targets.
This role will lead a cross-functional effort and will work closely with product, marketing, merchandising, operations and third-party sales channel owners within Kuiper and Amazon to maintain a cohesive customer acquisition strategy across all sales channels and customer-facing touch-points.
You will have a high degree of ownership as you acquire new subscribers, scale growth opportunities, and manage overall business performance.
A successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization, and adept at understanding how subscription businesses work in Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technology savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives and launching consumer businesses at scale. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment-all while ensuring we're optimizing for the ideal customer experience and balancing business financials.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). - Track and report on subscriber acquisition trends, business performance, variance to plan, and corrective actions as part of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Deliver insightful business analyses, financial models, and comprehensive, written strategy documents considering different types of data and inputs across a broad range of stakeholders
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross functional teams to influence global business management and foster a culture of global collaboration by sharing best practices with your global team members, partners, and stakeholders
