Institutional Banking Client Services (IBCS) is a dynamic, multi-faceted operations team that partners with Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) to deliver Transaction Banking solutions to Institutional Banking and Corporate clients. This is a great entry level role into Operations and learning about corporate and institutional banking operations, our products and how we can support the queries from customers. We look for people with some banking experience who are additionally wanting to learn, develop and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Your Role.

As an Associate in IBCS, you will be a first point of contact for our clients to manage their Transaction Banking queries and needs. This is done by answering calls, emails and work items, to make sure our clients get support needed across a full suite of Transaction Banking products including; Corporate Cards, Corporate Accounts, Transactional Accounts, Payments, and Merchant Services.

Our key focus is to serve our Institutional Banking (IB) Clients and provide ongoing account maintenance to enhance their CBA experience. Throughout this process the team build strong and meaningful relationships by getting to know the clients, their needs, industry, and long-term strategies

  • Relevant experience in Operations, or a processing role or our team members in Branch.

To be considered for this role you must have

You Have

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
