**Responsibilities:**
You will join a specialist sales team renowned for the strength and track record of its members. As a member of the Asia Pacific C&RS sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business sales opportunities across our capabilities in the Oceania region while contributing to the overall performance of the region's sales goal and other performance metrics.
+ Revenue Generation - Drive ambitious sales growth, meeting or exceeding your new business sales quota
+ Develop and nurture strong client relationships with the 'C-Suite' and Senior Managers within their organization (eg. Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Risk/Credit Officers, Heads of Divisions & Business Units, etc)Optimize revenue by prioritizing opportunities and engaging clients proactively through networking and methodical outreach campaigns, marketing strategies, account planning with Account Managers, etc
+ Develop industry specific knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations with clients
+ Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition for our offerings as it relates to your market and communicate clearly to deal team members (ie. Account managers, credit product specialists, product management, etc)

**What We're Looking For:**
You are a results-driven, sales professional with a strong understanding of the Banking and Multinational corporations' workflow and comparative solutions - on the client side or in a Product or Commercial role for a market provider - who can actively seek out and engage prospects in Financial Institutions across the Pacific region.
+ 2-5 years of direct new business sales experience / direct selling into the institutional financial markets (Banks) and multinational corporations, preferably selling complex solutions in the Pacific region
+ A comprehensive understanding of regulatory and credit risk / fixed income / credit markets gained via experience at financial/capital markets data/technology firms is highly desirable, experience at financial institutions, asset managers is also welcome
+ A strong network of senior contacts in Pacific financial markets is highly preferable
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills, active listening, and confidence in delivering product demonstrations are essential
+ Interest in solving problems for clients through the delivery of financial solutions and analytical tools
+ Strong personal integrity and a confident and positive manner
+ Entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency

This role will support the delivery of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) including:
+ Risk and Control Self-Inspection (RCSA)

**What we are looking for:**

What You'll DoIn the role of Systems Engineer: Risk Manager, your duties will include:
+ Lead risk assessments and develop risk management plans for systems and projects across various domains.
+ Identify potential risks, threats, and vulnerabilities within system designs and operations.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to create and implement risk mitigation strategies and solutions.
+ Conduct regular risk reviews and ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
+ Use data analysis tools to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Communicate risk assessments and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.
+ Assist in the development of system architectures and designs with a focus on minimizing risks.
+ Support the creation of contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures to address critical system failures.
+ Stay up to date with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
+ Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
+ Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
+ Proven experience in systems engineering and risk management.
+ Strong understanding of risk analysis tools and techniques.
+ Expertise in system architecture and lifecycle management.
+ Ability to assess and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
