To be successful in this role, you will be:
+ Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment
+ Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
+ A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledge
+ Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
+ Commercial Cookery qualifications and/or experience
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
+ Ability to work a flexible roster, working evenings and weekends

We have a number of casual roles across our Food & Beverage venues (Social House Bar, Waves Buffet Dinner & Cliffords Grill A la Carte).
All successful candidates must be positively motivated to provide exceptional customer service and will possess the following skills & attributes:
+ Previous hospitality experience & restaurant table service highly regarded
+ Previous Bar and/or gaming experience would also be desirable with RSG
+ Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
