Position Summary:
+ Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and support the Front Office team with general operational tasks including Front Desk, Guest Experience and Concierge/Porter services.
+ Be an expert on the luxury hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
+ Operate telephone switchboard and respond to all guest enquiries, going above and beyond with each guest experience
+ Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests, focusing on attention to detail
+ Check guest in and out using OPERA systems
+ Conduct security checks across property
+ Assist driving and parking cars when necessary
+ Deliver bags and luggage's of guest movements during the overnight period
+ Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests collaborating other departments, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
+ Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
+ Make and update room reservation. Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible
+ Support the overarching Rooms Division operations when appropriate and needed including Front Desk, Service Experience, Concierge/Bell & Club Operations
About You:
+ Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
+ Relevant experience in a similar role
+ Driver's License is a requirement for the role

**About the Role**
As the GSO/Porter, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Bell Desk department by promptly assisting guests entering and leaving the hotel, whilst providing an excellent and consistent level of service. Working in a team of 12, you will support the Bell Desk Assistant Manager in the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
**Some of the responsibilities include:**
+ Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner
+ Verify arrival and departure details and arrange luggage handling, storage, security and transportation and other services requested by guests
+ Safely valet park vehicles into the car park
+ Handling guest enquires and requests and being familiar with Melbourne and its surroundings
+ Promptly taking guest luggage efficiently to and from the guestrooms
+ Assist Concierge with basic functions
**Qualifications:**
+ Full Australian driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver's license may be considered)
+ Previous work experience in a similar fast-paced hotel operations environment
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to confidentially interact with guests
+ Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
+ The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
+ The ability to work under pressure and possess great attention to detail

**The Role:**
Located on the 11th floor overlooking the beautiful views of the Darling Harbour and offering the highest grade of comfort and convenience for our valued guests. + Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, quickly following up on any guest complaints and issues, reporting to the relevant department if required.

As a Ramp Services Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and seamless turnaround of aircraft at our facility. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of service and safety while supporting the day-to-day operations across the ramp, hangar, and customer-facing areas.
You'll assist with the marshalling and handling of aircraft, refuelling, lounge cleanliness, and support our clients, passengers and crew, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
**Your Responsibilities**
**Operational Duties**
+ Marshal, chock, and tow aircraft using approved equipment.
+ Assist with refuelling and aircraft toilet servicing.
+ Maintain ramp and hangar cleanliness, including removal of FOD.
+ Support hangar management and record aircraft movements.
+ Conduct adverse weather mitigation procedures.
+ Monitor lounge and FBO area cleanliness, ensuring a premium standard.
+ Provide outstanding service to VIP passengers and flight crews.
+ Answer telephones promptly and professionally.
+ Identify opportunities to upsell additional FBO and Jet Aviation services.
**Safety, Compliance & Procedures**
+ Comply with all Jet Aviation WHS, Aviation Safety and Environmental policies.
+ Follow all procedures for airside access and airport security.
+ Ensure use of PPE and safety cones/barriers as required.
+ Store GSE equipment correctly and ensure tarmac safety protocols are followed.
+ Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response training, and complete all required training modules.
