Our **Surgical Technologies** Marketing team is looking for a passionate and driven **Senior** **Marketing Associate** to join us in Sydney, NSW.
role will suit people with a passion for improving patient outcomes, technology and who has work/study experience in the healthcare space.**
**We would consider recent graduates in marketing, health/biomedical/medical/engineering fields, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, sports physiologists. if you're interested in marketing, and how the human anatomy works, this could be the role for you!**
**The role:**
As a Senior Marketing Associate, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of product marketing while contributing to projects that drive real business outcomes. You will:
+ Support and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and brand leadership in our **Surgical Technologies** portfolio
+ Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for new and existing products
+ Create compelling marketing collateral and digital communication tools
+ Design, run, and measure product promotion campaigns
+ Provide product training support, insights, and updates to our sales team
+ Organise and participate in surgeon education events, workshops, conferences, and meetings
**Key skills:**
+ A completed bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Health Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
+ Passionate about healthcare and excited to explore a career in marketing
+ A curious, driven learner who's eager to grow and make an impact
+ A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
+ A strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
+ A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action
**Experience:**
We will provide extensive training in Marketing, so you can be fully equipped - no specific experience in the space required, just a passion Surgical Technologies, healthcare and improving patient outcomes!
