The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
1. Advertising Strategy Development
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate all advertising activities for the company and its franchise stores. < r>• evelop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to meet business objectives across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media. < r>• A alyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize advertising campaigns and identify opportunities for growth. < r>
2. Campaign Management
• D sign, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns for each franchise store, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy. < r>• C eate and manage budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. < r>• T ack and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement to refine strategies and improve results. < r>
3. Creative Development
• C llaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including visual designs, copywriting, and multimedia content. < r>• O ersee the design and production of ads for various platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, print, and other media outlets. < r>• E sure all advertising materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and image. < r>
4. Website and Social Media Management
• A sist franchise stores with website design and development, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence. < r>• D sign and optimize social media profiles and content to enhance engagement and brand awareness across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). < r>• I plement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and visibility on search engines. < r>
5. Coordination and Collaboration
• W rk closely with franchise store owners to understand their unique advertising needs and tailor campaigns accordingly. < r>• C ordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized services such as media buying, video production, and graphic design. < r>• L aise with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Service) to ensure alignment of advertising efforts with overall business goals. < r>
6. Market Research and Analysis
• C nduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and emerging trends. < r>• A alyze data and feedback from advertising campaigns to continuously improve strategies and tactics. < r>• P epare and present regular reports on advertising performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management. < r>
7. Budgeting and Financial Management
• D velop and manage advertising budgets for both corporate and franchise stores, ensuring effective allocation of resources. < r>• M nitor spending to ensure campaigns are within budget and achieving desired financial outcomes. < r>• P ovide forecasts and financial reports related to advertising expenditures and results. < r>
8. Training and Development
• T ain and support franchise store managers and staff on best practices in advertising, including digital marketing, social media, and design tools. < r>• S ay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and technologies, and provide continuous learning opportunities for the team. < r>
9. Compliance and Quality Assurance
• E sure all advertising materials comply with legal regulations and industry standards. < r>• M nitor and enforce quality standards for all advertising outputs, ensuring high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and creativity. < r>
10. Crisis Management
• M nage and resolve any issues that arise from advertising activities, including negative feedback, PR crises, or campaign failures. < r>• D velop contingency plans to address potential risks and ensure a swift and effective response to challenges. < r>
Qualifications:
• H ld a minimum advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, business, etc. < r>
Other Skills & Requirements:
• P ssess a minimum 5 years of experience as Advertising, Marketing or Brand Manager < r>• M st have the ability to communicate in English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. **About the Role**

THE ROLE:
The Brand Marketing Manager role will manage the development and implementation of national consumer marketing campaigns whilst executing high levels of Project Management across major business and marketing projects. All activity will be designed to deliver brand salience for broadcast brands or assist in the growth of audiences across live and on-demand products such as podcasts, to achieve the audience aspirations of the business.
Working with Nova’s media agency, you will deliver strategic media direction across paid channels, while working internally to plan and implement owned media campaigns to migrate audiences through the Nova ecosystem. The dual media approach will be complementary in reaching existing, new and lapsed audiences at the right time and in the right place to deliver highly valuable audience growth and retention.
Working with the Marketing Director and the broader growth department (digital content, podcasting, publicity and audience engagement), you will use audience insight to inform marketing activities that strategically and creatively deliver on the company strategy. You’ll use your creative nous to package campaign comms that are industry leading, brand building and reflective of audience needs.
You will manage, mentor and oversee the workflow and output of a small team while working with external and internal design and production teams to deliver campaign collaterals on brand, on message and on time.
You will need to be a collaborative colleague who is able to negotiate, lead and influence and is enthusiastic, innovative and flexible in your approach.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have:
Design consumer campaigns to deliver on brand aspirations and audience insight.
Oversee all media planning, buying and reporting via Nova’s media agency.
Collaborate with broader marcomms teams to aligned and consolidated messaging cross channels
Lead launch and awareness campaigns for priority podcast titles across owned and paid media.
Plan and direct owned media campaign strategy based on insights and available inventory.
Monitor media expenditure to remain within budget and deliver the strongest ROI for the business.
Track and monitor all campaign activities to inform and optimise future investment.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, creative and media agencies, to ensure maximum efficiency.
Review and approve all commercial co-branding and partnership requests.
Secure and promote relevant third-party media partnerships.
Provide creative direction that delivers on brand propositions and aspirations.
Execute production logistics to produce campaign assets that deliver on the agreed creative direction.
Contribute to business strategy and functional planning.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 6 years in a marketing related role
Experience delivering campaign strategy and direction
Experience managing media and creative agency relationships and deliverables
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.
Strong and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor tone to suits product, purpose and place.
An analytical mind and ability to optimise media investment and campaign performance.
A positive attitude with the ability to build and retain strong relationships with stakeholders.
An interest in human behaviour and the habits/considerations leading to our entertainment choices.
