 The establishment of formal data management and data governance functions in accordance with industry best practices (e.g. DAMA DMBOK) as part of maturing its organisation-wide data capability with specific focus on the business intelligence function.

The Business Intelligence team requires a review and enhancement of documentation governing the approach and plans for management of the data created, stored and curated by the team. These documents would be scalable for implementation across the organisation and set a firm foundation in the rigour and processes of the function moving forward.

Through this engagement, the focus will be to build and document a data governance framework, with policies and templates for data management to support key activities.

In establishing a sustainable and fit-for-purpose Data Governance approach, key deliverables may involve:

·    reviewing existing governance arrangements

·    establishing oversight structures and a data governance framework

·    developing policies and procedures for data management to support the framework

·    identifying opportunities and risks and recommending actions to manage and mitigate

·    defining roles and responsibilities

Examples of areas that may require formalised data policies and procedures include:

·    Data access

·    Data security

·    Data storage

·    Data retention and disposal

·    Metadata management

·    Cataloguing data

·    Data quality management

·    Handling sensitive data

·    Releasing data

A rigorous but light-touch governance approach is suitable, in line with best practice but scaled for our organisation and flexible enough for our small dynamic team. The above is not to be taken as exhaustive, and the Office will be expecting the development of any other relevant artefacts to support effective data management.

  As the next stage to our continuous improvement of the business intelligence function, the Office is looking to uplift its business requirements management processes to enable more effective, efficient and targeted business outcomes.

In addition to internal business reporting, there is a critical need to develop mature data products that satisfy and automate the statutory reporting obligations of the organisation.

To do this, we are seeking to engage a consultancy to:

·    gather and document stakeholder requirements, based on industry-best practices (e.g. BABOK) and tailored to the needs of the organisation

·    review our existing suite of BI products (dashboards, reports etc.)

·    recommendations for the development of a pipeline/program of work to provide clarity on the prioritised dashboards and reports scheduled for build and specify the business requirements they will satisfy

·    design and document a regime of governance, discovery, preparation, planning, building, publishing, and implementing for every new data project

·    internal data use cases and personas for key roles and teams

·    enhance understanding of the BA process through delivery of training

Specific deliverables include, but are not limited to:

·    review and update Business Requirement Specification documents,

·    interview stakeholders including workshops,

·    document requirements,

·    holistic review of existing dashboards and reports against requirements,

·    design of a development pipeline/program of work based on those requirements,

·    develop and document a process to facilitate build phase.

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative for its Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Suite to drive significant revenue growth and client retention (hybrid role) in Australia. This individual should be an energetic and client focused individual with experience in the financial services industry. It is imperative that you be viewed by clients as a credible advisor and consultant as well as a business development executive. As a sales representative, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
Able to operate independently, with strong communication skills are also essential for this position.
You will work closely with pre-sales, sales management, commercial strategy and product to create compelling value propositions. Your ability to understand client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions will be critical to your success. You will also be expected to focus on client retention and farming of existing clients.
We sell a mature platform that has been re-invented and are ready to revolutionize the data management space with great products, sophisticated services, data and world class implementations. Our target market is the buy, sell side and increasingly Private Markets (Private Equity, Direct Lending, Real Estate, Venture/Growth, FOF and Institutional Investors).
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ Drive expected value out of new business target region/market across Australia while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients
+ Identify and qualify prospects via: targeted networking, internal Sales Development Resources, regional leadership initiatives, existing client relationships, phone prospecting, and email
+ Continually develop new prospects to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
+ Retain existing clients through regular engagement, issue management and value creation
+ Identify the prospect buying behavior and orient our proven sales process for the prospect to drive the prospect toward a decision
+ Uncover key components of value for the various prospect stakeholders to drive 'Why' the prospect is interested in SPG MI ES Solutions and then demonstrate how we able to solve the prospect's business issues
+ Work closely with our Pre-Sales Engineers team to demonstrate the business case, facilitate information gathering and match that to the prospects needs through multiple in person, social and professional engagements
+ Collaborate across all teams (services, training, support, and product)
This is a hybrid position within our team with responsibility for new business and client retention across our customer segment. This role is focused on new customer acquisition, as well as cross-selling existing S&P Global MI customers with our Solutions capabilities. The EDM Solutions sales team is a fast paced, highly collaborative and results-driven group within S&P Global 's most strategic and fastest growing division. We are looking for an experienced sales specialist who is passionate about customer relationships and strategic selling.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

2. Process Sustainment Upkeep
**The key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:**
- Develop a suite of supporting processes which enable optimisation of the Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM).
- Identify and describe how Naval Logistics Information Systems tools and Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
- Develop standardised processes, procedures, and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format.
- Ensure developed processes are compliant with ISO9001 and ISO55001
- Develop training and support materials for users of the Holocentric Business Management System tool, ensuring they understand how to navigate and effectively use the tool to undertake processes.
- Develop a process for monitoring applied changes or updates to processes, ensuring changes are reflected within the Holocentric Business Management System (BMS) tool.
- Develop and implement methodology for continual review, consultation, update and improvement to baselined processes.
- Undertake routine updates of baselined processes, ensuring currency and relevancy.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field)
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement Specialist in complex or asset-intensive environments.
- Must hold an active Defence Security Clearance - Demonstrated experience in process modelling, documentation and governance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55001, ideally with experience aligning process documentation to these standards.
- Proven ability to conduct end-to-end process reviews, gap analyses and drive performance improvements.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex requirements and develop structured process frameworks.
**Desirable Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in Holocentric Business Management Systems (BMS) and process workflows.

**Your New Role and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in software applications to join a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Capability. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, software developers, and healthcare professionals to gather requirements, analyse workflows and business needs, produce the user stories, data availability assessments and system design criteria.
This role will also work closely with the Service Design Lead, BRM, Clinical Advisers, the Training Coordinator and Maintenance personnel, and the Engineering Team to define controls, conversion procedures, and system implementation plans that, including user training and orientation.
Key Responsibilities: -
+ Collaborate with stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, technical teams) to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
+ Analyse clinical workflows and identify process improvement opportunities through software solutions.
+ Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories; participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story refinement.
+ Facilitate workshops and interviews to define functionality, system flows, and ensure alignment with user and business needs.
+ Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and assist in change management and training efforts.
+ Create clear documentation, including process maps and user guides, and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
What You'll Bring to Make An Impact
+ Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within clinical or healthcare software environments and on complex projects.
+ Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
+ Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical terminology, and standards such as FHIR, HL7, and SNOMED CT.
