**Responsibilities**
**Partner Strategy and Business Planning**
+ Develop and execute Partner Solution Area Business Plans with key partners to drive discovery and qualification of new Cyber Security and AI platform opportunities by building long-term relationships and by understanding customer priorities, budgets, and procurement processes.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**

About the Role
As an ICT Business Analyst at InfiGlobe Solutions, you will be at the centre of our client solution lifecycle—translating complex business problems into actionable system designs and helping drive the successful delivery of tailored IT solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client workflows, identifying bottlenecks, recommending system improvements, and supporting delivery through specification development, testing, and stakeholder communication. < r>
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with users to formulate and document business requirements for system and software solutions. < r>• nvestigate, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in business practices and system behavior. < r>• D velop project plans using solid project‑management methodologies, estimating cost, time, and resources required.
• P oduce user and training documentation, and deliver formal training sessions as needed. < r>• C eate functional specifications and modeling artifacts (e.g., data/process modeling) to guide system design and software development. < r>• A t as a central reference point, providing guidance in system-related decision-making. < r>• W rk closely with programming teams to drive improvements in website, application, and system functionality. < r>
Qualification:
• T rtiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field < r>
Other Requirements:
• M nimum of 3 years experience relavant to the role < r>• D monstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization. < r>• P oficiency in project management tools and methodologies. < r>• S illed in producing clear technical documentation, specifications, user manuals, and training materials. < r>• S rong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
