**What we're looking for**
+ Deep experience in consulting, strategy, digital transformation or product delivery
+ Proven success in breaking down complex, messy problems into compelling strategic opportunities
+ Expertise in creating process flows, service blueprints, and operating models
+ Strong grasp of AI, data engineering, and digital technology trends with the ability to translate and de-mystify these to business stakeholders
+ Natural communicator and facilitator, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
+ Agile mindset and experience, whether through formal certification or practical delivery
+ What you'll bring
+ 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Consultant, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment
+ Demonstrated experience working in complex transformation programs, preferably in or alongside consulting, digital agencies, or product-led organisations
+ Strong capability in process mapping, operating model development, and business case creation
+ Deep familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and the ability to lead or support Agile ceremonies
+ Exposure to data-driven decision-making, AI/ML concepts, and digital platform architecture
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate qualifications desirable)
+ Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including influencing C-level and non-technical audiences
+ ?Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner are a bonus but not essential

About the Role
As an ICT Business Analyst at InfiGlobe Solutions, you will be at the centre of our client solution lifecycle—translating complex business problems into actionable system designs and helping drive the successful delivery of tailored IT solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client workflows, identifying bottlenecks, recommending system improvements, and supporting delivery through specification development, testing, and stakeholder communication. < r>
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with users to formulate and document business requirements for system and software solutions. < r>• nvestigate, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in business practices and system behavior. < r>• D velop project plans using solid project‑management methodologies, estimating cost, time, and resources required.

Qualification:
