Healthy Nutrition Club is currently running a few International Project and setting up New divisions in a few new locations to help people to improve their Health, Nutrition habits and Fitness levels.



Role Description



This is a hybrid role for an Associate position, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily methods of operational tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Other duties include conducting interviews, assisting in sales and marketing activities, attending events and trainings and supporting team members as needed.

Experience in handling Inventory and Stock Management

**Job Summary:**
As a Business Development Manager in the Electric Power Division, you will be out in front of the industry working directly with our end use customers to understand their needs, propose solutions to challenges they didn't anticipate and develop energy outcomes to serve their future power needs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental volume in the prime power generation space. Whether it's CHP (Combined Heat and Power), Utility Capacity (Bridge to Grid), Biogas, Mine Site Electrification or another industry that needs reliable power, you will be there to support and fuel the growth.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Engage with our customers to develop integrated customer offerings, anticipating and meeting their energy needs
+ Grow relationships with key accounts to secure long term agreements on generator set demand
+ Have a direct relationship with large key consulting engineers and EPCs.
+ Develop professional network both internally and externally.
+ Develop awareness of commercial aspects of procurement to help make strategic sourcing recommendations in support of the cost, quality, and velocity objectives of the commodity.
+ Develop skills to build long-term external relationships with customers as well as internal relationships with business unit customers are also expected.
+ Leverage on knowledge of others, develops and nurtures strategic relationships with end customers.
+ Develop and secure Customer Value Agreement growth with all customer solutions.
+ Deliver business plan and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
**What You Have:**

The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business.

Main Responsibilities of the role are-

• Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and there mapping with the software.

• Conduct workshops for business processes, business requirements, discussing possible solutions/ designs.

• Liaise with the development team to discuss client requirements and finalise design.

• Conduct on-site support and installations of Bepoz software.

• Provide timely, accurate data analytics and monitor the effectiveness and usage of existing targeting tools.

• Liaise with Operations Manager to improve overall performance.

• Responding to customer queries and ensure to provide customer support by phone / in person.

• Act as a conduit between the customer and Accounts Manager, ensuring a smooth transition.

• Knowledge sharing & mentoring other developers within the team.

• Work in collaboration with team members and adhere to timelines and milestones

Must Have –

• Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology

• Must be Australian qualified

• Must have atleast 3 year of full-time Australian experience in POS software

• Must have technical exposure to various programming languages, javascript, HTLM5, SQL etc
