Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

Position Summary
We are currently looking to hire a motivated Category Development Analyst (ANZ) to be based at our office in Sydney working with our team of Category Development Managers. As Network Development Manager, you will be hiring, managing and developing a team of network engineers and be responsible for end-to-end operational health of the network; including capacity management and forecast planning, implementation, automation, process management, change control and ensuring continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities
- Operation of the network. Manage, track and report against operations and network status ensuring relevant metrics are collected and reported and driving operational excellence

- Performance management and team health. Provide both technical and soft skills mentoring, career and growth management, project management, quality audits, 1:1s, training, day-to-day oversight and coordination of an effective 24x7 operational rotation.
- Ensure that design, management, implementation and deployment operations are sound and executed at scale, safely keeping AWS ahead of customers' demand.

Basic Qualifications
