A fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join our Marketing team in Sydney. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for our innovative Cardiac Surgery solution offering. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for healthcare, marketing, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, gaining valuable skills and insights into the medical technology industry. This is a fixed term 24 month contract based in Sydney and reporting into the Marketing Manager for the CS business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in preparation and coordination of conferences and trade shows to promote the range of Cardiac Surgery products. Ensuring relevant collateral is available for the event.
+ Positively interact with the Product Managers to align marketing support. Attend and actively contribute to product managers meetings as scheduled
+ Prepare monthly report for the Marketing Manager
+ Assist product managers with all new product launches: including forecasting stock, identify market potential, pricing.
+ Assist Product Managers to create innovative promotional campaigns
+ Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned
+ Provides numerical analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
+ Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Biomedical engineering, Commerce, or Business; have maintained a Credit average
+ Experience with MS Office suite of products, with a high degree in confidence in Excel
+ Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills
+ Having a strong collaborative approach and an ability to work across different teams
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Able to manage time effectively; well organised and able to set and reset priorities

+ Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit

Working as a Graduate Clinical Specialist, the Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Graduate Program will equip you with the experience and training needed to represent Medtronic during surgeries and implants. **This is a 24-month full time contract role based in Sydney, New South Wales.**
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Clinical and technical support of device implants
+ Clinical and technical support of device follow up checks within clinics and hospitals.
+ Support team members with clinical, administrative, stock and marketing requirements as needed.
+ Involved in supporting sales and marketing programs, technical presentations to customers, clinical study activities and in-filed stock management.
The program will commence with your participation and successful completion of an in-house Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Graduate Education Program, involving a combination of classroom and in-field activities. Upon completion of your training, you will be providing technical backup at patient follow-ups, clinics, and implants under the guidance of a qualified Senior Territory Manager.

**Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS)** offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. It is focused on disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional Electrophysiology products.
You will be based in Brisbane and report into the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Regional Director. **A successful candidate will have proven track record in Electrophysiology 3D Mapping and navigation** , strong understanding of the sales process for both capital and consumables and a high degree of commercial acumen to drive one's success, grow the market and achieve sales revenue.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned:**
+ Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the Electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all Cardiac Ablation products.
+ Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to Cardiac Ablation products and related procedures.
+ Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
+ Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
+ Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

In this role you will be based in **Sydney** and report into the Australia & New Zealand Regional Business Director for Cardiac Ablation Solutions. **A successful candidate will have proven track record in Electrophysiology 3D Mapping and navigation** , strong understanding of the sales process for both capital and consumables and a high degree of commercial acumen to drive one's success, grow the market and achieve sales revenue.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned:**
+ Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the Electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all Cardiac Ablation products.
+ Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to Cardiac Ablation products and related procedures.
+ Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
+ Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
+ Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.

Reporting into the Service and Education Manager Cardiac Ablation Solutions, the Senior EP Mapping Specialist will provide technical, clinical and sales support, in collaboration with the sales team, within the region or assigned territory in support of the launch and **adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera), the Pulse Select PFA system** , and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties maybe assigned:**
+ Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Minimum requirement is High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation is desirable.
+ Interstate travel required up to 25%, valid driver's licence and your own transport is required
+ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures in order to operate as a technical support expert.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
