We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team within our Fire division in our Baulkham Hills office. You will Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
+ Oversee and manage the day to day production operations within the ISC department
+ Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
+ Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and implement best practices to optimize production processes
+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production supervision
+ Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Suite, focus on Outlook, Excel and Word
+ Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards
+ Proficiency in using production management software and tools
+ Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

This position involves managing horticultural operations related to the propagation, cultivation, harvest, and processing of crops in a production horticulture environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of horticultural production and coordinate staff activities. < r>• nsure the preparation of growing media, trays, pots, and containers. < r>• O ersee propagation, planting, and pruning operations. < r>• M nage the application of pesticides and weedicides to crops. < r>• I plement and monitor irrigation, fertigation, and fumigation activities. < r>• M intain detailed records of soil, hydroponics, plant treatments, and yields. < r>• C ordinate transport and logistics for the delivery of sales stock. < r>• E sure the operation and maintenance of horticultural machinery and equipment. < r>• T ain and mentor staff in best horticultural practices and safety procedures. < r>Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
