We are seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead and ensure 99.999% uptime of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems that support critical server operations. The successful candidate will join a diverse team of software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts, collaborating across AWS to maintain the highest standards of safety and security. Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years people management experience, with proven success in team development and technical training
- Comprehensive knowledge of critical data center infrastructure, including electrical systems (feeders, transformers, generators, UPS, PDUs) and mechanical systems (chillers, pumps, air handling units, fire safety).

What You'll Do
As a Business Operations Manager, you will:
+ Ensuring the seamless 24x7 functioning of mission-critical environments, recognizing the paramount need for continuous infrastructure availability

Requirements

+ Management of small-to-medium projects from conception to completion
+ Ensure routine reporting for critical infrastructure, inclusive of operational and maintenance KPIs, objectives, organizational polices, procedures, and standards.
+ Driving cost/energy efficiency projects
+ Identifying single points-of-failure at regional datacenter locations
+ Coordinate, plan, schedule, and supervise CE audits and compliance verifications
