**Who will you be working with?** You will be working with the customer service team, suppliers, customers, the quality department as well as the production team. You will be reporting to the Stock Controller.

**What will your typical day look like?**
**Sales Order Fulfillment:**
Pick stock accurately based on Sales Orders and prepare items for dispatch to the production team.
**Dispatch Coordination:**
Ensure timely and correct dispatch of stock to production, maintaining clear records and communication.
**Inventory Control:**
Monitor stock levels, update inventory systems, and assist in maintaining optimal stock availability.
**Monthly Stocktake:**
Conduct thorough monthly stocktakes, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings to management.
**Quality Checks on Receivals:**
Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
**Record Keeping:**
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements, quality checks, and inventory adjustments.
**Safety & Compliance:**
Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies related to stock handling and storage.
**What skills do you require?**
Previous experience in a warehouse or store clerk role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, spreadsheets)
Ability to lift and move stock safely
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
Sound mechanical knowledge/aptitude
